Hello and welcome!

I kinda wanted to make my own thread as I've been itching to POAS at only 7dpo 😒 I know I know... ridiculous right?

So need you lovely ladies to join in and keep each other distracted, share your experience, have a giggle/cry together and most importantly have each others support during BFNs and BFPs.

Please feel free to jot down your cycle/dpo info and when your AF is due so we can all keep a track of where we are!

This is also a thread where you are free to post any thoughts, poems, pictures, recipes, dreams and aspirations, the good the bad and the ugly 😝

Hello lovely! I took another this morning and i still think it's got a line, the picture can't pick it up but my friend isn't sure after seeing it in person!

I don't know what to do. I'm tempted to wait another week and try with a FRER if AF hasn't arrived!

Any advice? How are you feeling?

Hi ladies I'm 7 dpo hope I can join in I had bad cramps last night and they woke me up this morning but none since. I'm seriously bloated ! I had a chemical pregnancy last month and ovulated really late this month CD25! Going to test on Sunday at 10dpo and hope my LP stays the same even though I ovd late 🙈. Feels like such a long cycle! Scared with the cramps and bloating AF will turn up!

@BronzeSilverGold13 what brand test did you use? Was it you that was asking about OPK tests? I was curious after that message and did an OPK, its bold as day and probably stronger than my peak OPK lol. My FRER and clearblue are both strong lines but my IC is still barely visible, just thought in case you're just using IC? Xx

@runnerttc it was clear blue but I read that being overweight can make tests give false readings and I'm not exactly a healthy size! Yeah I was asking about OPKs I did one yesterday after I did my test and thought I saw a line and it was 2 positive lines in the OPK! But I'm far from ovulation dates!

The thing that's not sitting right with me is I'm usually clockwork with AF I've never ever been late since I was 11 and I swear I saw a faint line yesterday and a slightly darker one today but not by much!

I don't really know what to do! If I hadn't seen the line I'd have sworn it was a BFN but I'm sure I can and I did the OPK (shown below)

Maybe I'm obsessing too much I just think it's all very strange! Thank you for taking the time to message me btw that's very lovely!

@CaramelTart23 thanks for checking in, i think im 4 dpo at the moment and thinking i might test on 12dpo which will be Friday 26th but if i chicken out im due Sun 28th and if that doesnt arrive then i might test. I hate the idea of symptom spotting but it comes with the territory unfortunately, i was doing it today already at only 4dpo haha im dure as i get closer of i notice any symptoms i will be testing earlier lol

Hey @BronzeSilverGold13 does all sound very confusing! Was that OPK with FMU? Like you said maybe wait a day or too and test again with FRER? If you're still getting faints but too faint for a photo maybe give your GP a call so they can do a blood test? I'm sorry you've had such a confusing couple of days!
Hows everyone else getting on? Has anyone looked into early scans? I'm such a worrier so paid for a private scan at 6+4! It can't come soon enough!

@runnerttc the OPK wasn't FMU after I did the test yesterday afternoon (couldn't help myself) it came back like that! I did another test this morning with FMU and the line IMO was darker but nowhere near noticeable like these and DP and my friend is on the fence about the line! In interest I did another opk This evening and it's still there! Today's wasn't as dark but deffo there (in fairness i hasn't long since been to the loo)

I'll give it a few days-to a week and see if af has arrived and take it from there!

I actually do remember someone congratulating me before too now you mention it, but they must have got their names mixed up at the time.

@BronzeSilverGold13 Hey Hun I'm feeling blegh still no sign of AF 😩 not a cramp in sight.... just that same heaviness. Bbs weigh a ton right now, my veins are more visible 😖

Hcg should double up in the next few days if you can't wait a week haha 😆

Thought I'd try ClearBlue this time round, will be testing in the morning.. I don't know why I feel nervous 😥

@runnerttc I'd already decided before I got my positive that I would go for an 8 week scan! Fortunately I'm on annual leave during my eighth week so I'll book in for then. I phoned the gp/midwife today to register, but she said it was too soon and to call back next week. What date does that make your scan? I'm going to try and resist a six week scan unless any symptoms worry me.

Hiya @CaramelTart23 yeah I'm getting all the same symptoms, tired, off food, like a river in my nether regions where CM is concerned. My nips looks a darker pink but only slightly more sensitive, I'm either super hot or I'm just normal. Hopefully HCG will double soon. If AF hasn't arrived in a week or so I'll buy a frer and a clear blue digital. Just to be on the safe side haha.

@runnerttc thanks, to be honest this is all pretty new to me, only came off the pill end of march and only started using OPKs cycle just gone so we will just try again. I think we ran out of steam before I ovulated cause I expected to ov about day 15 according to my app so we dtd every other day the week before that, but I didn't actually get a positive opk till day 18 so ovulated day 19 and what with work and life and stuff we only dtd once 2 days before I ovulated. FX for third time lucky!

I Would love to join. I'm currently in my 2ww period and driving myself crazy, so would be great to have support from others in the same position, which we all are. This group is AMAZING! Loving the stories and how supportive everyone is of eachother.

Me and my husband are currently TTC and I am 10/11 DPO. I have been experiencing many symptoms, nausea, cramping, heartburn, bloating, shortness of breath, headaches, back ache, metallic taste in mouth, extreme hunger frequent urination and tiredness during my 2ww. I haven't experienced this all at once but over the course of this wait period. As a result of my symptoms I started testing, daily, from 8dpo, with first response and clear blue early detection but they have all come back negative.

I'm still prayerful that my BFP is coming but it's easy to get disheartened when you see so many negatives! Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

So I only have 2 full days left till i find out if af will arrive sunday or not. I have no af symptoms yet. But dont normally till shes actually here. How can you tell the differences when checking your cervix please? Confuses me. Lol. X

So AF turned up 4 days early :( I'm absolutely gutted, really thought this would be the one!

@Tonithetiger it takes a while to understand your body, turns out I ovulate CD18/19, took me ages to work it out as I was doing OPKS 10-16 and never getting a peak. I'd be do disheartened because I thought I wasn't ovulating. I'm sure next month will be your month xx

@bluebubbles12 I've been stressing all night and decided to change my early scan to 8 weeks. I figured I would rather the stress of a longer wait than having it at 6 and they can't see anything because its too early!

@Boc86 you need to be a member for a certain amount of time, think its 24 or 48 hours. Good luck with your test.

I’m out :( wiping brown now which I do the day before my period, my period is due tomorrow

I'm out this month. AF was 1 day late so got my hopes up. Did a test this morning BFN and then AF arrived.

Sorry this isn’t your months hopefully next month will be different. I am due AF either tomorrow or Sunday no AF symptoms yet which isn’t like me so just got my fingers crossed if nothing for Monday I will test I only have 1 left so trying to hold off.
