@notyetamumbuttrying @Ltay2 I did grapefruit juice but I'll be honest I didn't see much difference the best I've seen is by drinking loads of water and taking 4000mg of evening primrose oil a day till ovulation

@notyetamumbuttrying is the book about what to do before you conceive or helping with the journey of ttc? Need a new book might give it a go 🙌🏾 I've also got the pink grapefruit juice, probably started a tad early but what the hell 😂

@KateColx I'm just using my cup for my period right now, nothing that DP is getting involved in yet 😂 will be using it to keep swimmers in later in the month though 💁🏾‍♀️

@SmileyT no I just take 4 pills a day 😂 honestly one pill didn't do much but 4000 is amazing. Ohhh sex bus! Get me off it already 😂🚌

ooo i've just been reading somewhere that sperm count is slightly higher in the morning so morning sex is good for TTC!

Has anyone noticed a change in their cycle since taking Pregnacare pre-conception?
I usually see a static smiley on the Clearblue Advanced OPK around CD19/20 but this month (since starting Pregnacare) I've had flashing smileys on CD 11-13 and a static smiley today (CD14). Not complaining as we've been DTD quite a bit in the last week anyway, just wondering!

@lucyrp 3 times - you really are back on the horse aren't you 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 and yeah apparently some study said 7.30am is prime time for sperm but I'm sure if your OH can go 3 times in a day you'll be alright regardless 😂

@Lucie91 I haven't personally taken pregnacare but I have read before that it shifts your cycle so if you were wanting it be a bit shorter that is a result 👌🏾

@lucie91 I think some people say and even on the pregnacare packet that it can cause a shift in your cycle but also it's not due to you taken the vitamins? So not quite sure..maybe taking it has extended your Luteal phase if was quite short? So you've ovulated a bit earlier

Myself and DH have realised when we conceived before and as I've got a bfp this month..we think the deed that managed to get me pregnant both times was defo Sofa sex 🤣 could be sheer coincidence but if anyone wants to try...lol

@notyetamumbuttrying I'm sure either will be fine, I haven't tried a glass yet. Is it best to just down it or is it alright to sip? Haha I'm expecting to hate it!

Update from me, got 3+ on digi today & my scan on 29th June, 2 weeks tomorrow 🤞🏻💕 everything is going SO fast already!

@Lucie91 I took it first time this month- I have long irregular cycles and it brought my ovulation date earlier which is nice (assuming I did ovulate..) it seems that for longer cycles it reduces the length, but I've also read that for a lot of people with normal cycles it lengthens them. Depends on the individual though I guess. If it makes this cycle shorter for me I'll be happy! Unless I get a bfp, then I'll be even happier 🤣

Hi everyone! I had a few weeks out and see lots of new faces lol. I had a month totally not ttc and thought I hadn’t even ovulated yet and then got this this morning. Going by the app I’m estimated 9dpo (cd23 today) .

I’m actually scared! I really hope this is it after some recurrent mc’s. We haven’t had a line this strong this early 😱
