Ok I have a confession:
My OH set up the most amazing proposal for me all those years ago, but then when he put the ring on my finger.. 😬
I was so so happy and excited, but also spent the next two nights lying awake stressing about the ring! I did a lot of googling 'what to do if you really don't like your engagement ring'.
Decided on day 3 I had to talk to him about it, he was a bit upset but understood, we went shopping together and exchanged it for something else (it was actually cheaper!). The new ring I LOVE and we both agree to this day that it was a good thing I 'fessed up that I didn't like it.
I hope you all don't think I'm an ungrateful bitch now! 🙈🙈

@SmileyT god knows as lockdown seriously delayed us. Bank is coming in to value it only the 23rd! So we're still early days and everything could still go tits up. Originally we were hoping to be in by the summer as we put our offer down in Feb! We are also planning on doing a loft conversion although I think we'll leave that for later as all of this is going to cost a fortune...

i've been recording my OPKs since yesterday morning, i did 3 yesterday i know over kill but wanted to work out how to do them properly. they were my only 3 trips to the loo that day up until the last one obviously. i'm not taking any notice of the numbers fermometer has said but i don't even know what i'm looking at!

Dog walk next day, on a beach we were walking, he went by the sea & started to fanny around in the sand. I didn't realise he was drawing a heart, nor did our dog who promptly shit right in the middle of it & I was picking up dog poo as he got down on one knee. Thankfully I love the ring, & we don't usually say the 💩🐶bit 😂

@Minster2012 AF finished yesterday so didn't worry, getting back on the sex train as soon as this hangover goes 🤣

@Juno231 really hope I get the hang of this cup and yeah I started drinking grapefruit juice CD1 👌🏾 oh that's annoying about the valuation but I guess every month is an extra month of saving x my evening primrose oil arrived today aswell so let's see how that helps 🤷🏾‍♀️

@J0DI3 oh god it's the worst isn't it, people are always so quick to tell you how quickly they conceived but no one ever talks about how long it actually take for most people. Maybe those who conceive quickly just don't realise how hard it is for it to take months.
