Little bit of background -
Cycle #3 TTC after MC in December
This month doing SMEP, tracking BBT and OV (CB advanced and Femometer strips), also drowning myself in grapefruit juice 😂 and will take Calc Fluor in TWW.

@anaconda76 the midwife told me that typically they ask to wait number of cycles so they can date the pregnancy otherwise it will be difficult. I had natural MCs and both times I got green light directly when bleeding stops.

@VP91x ohh yess I have heard already in the past that typically you have got 30% chance of pregnancy each cycle

@SmileyT aw I'm gutted, was checking the thread early this morning to see if you had any news. Sending hugs ❤ I'm testing on Friday I've decided, I'm sure I'll be joining you in next month's thread. Have had no pregnancy symptoms whatsoever but already fetting that pre-period bloat.

@VP91x thanks for starting new thread. I'm prob the last to do this but quick recap of me- I have 2 DC, trying for number 3. Had my first loss last month at 9.5weeks and so this is my first cycle trying post MC. I have PCOS which complicates EVERYTHING, from not have an guarantee of ovulation each month to having unpredictable cycle lengths. All I'm taking so far is folic acid lol such a novice. Trying to cut down on my caffeine addiction too 😭 expecting AF this weekend will be testing on Friday but highly sceptical anything happened this month!

I’ve decided that I’m going to test on Friday. AF due on Weds. I’ve had what seem like symptoms since the weekend - slight nausea, lots of discharge, mild cramps pains and needing to pee a lot. According to DH and the kids I was a bit emotionally volatile yesterday as well! I think I might have a UTI, which would explain away pretty much all of these things, so no idea really.

I am 15 days PO.

I've been taking pregnacare conception vitamins and OH has been taking the male equivalent, daily grapefruit juice, following SMEP and using clear blue digital ovulation test (I never, ever tested positive using the cheapie sticks).

@WellHurrahAndHuzzah May I ask how many days prior to OV you DTD? So happy for you 😘😍and btw you were able to resist testing earlier than 15dpo! Congrats on that too;)

@anaconda76 I was also told to wait till I’ve had a period till we start trying again. Again no explanation given. I stopped bleeding from my MC last Thursday and after speaking to the ladies on this group, we’ve just jumped back into TTC again as both feel ready to do so.

Hi everyone so a little about me - Im currently on cd13 of our 1st cycle ttc after a miscarriage of twins at 16 weeks in April . Trying to stay relaxed about it all and not obsess but I’m sure we will all agree that’s easier said than done . Had my follow up appointment with the consultant this morning and feeling a lot more positive about the future now that I know all my blood tests have come back clear and I have confirmation that there’s no underlying issues needing addressed. Still a lot of guess work here as I wait for my cycles to regulate so just getting in as much bd as possible and looking forward to hearing the news of lots of bfp’s in this lucky thread x

I stupidly did a FRER this morning (after hardly sleeping a wink) and it was negative. I’m only 10 dpo by I’m convinced I’m out of the running for this month. Doesn’t help that I’ve symptom spotting all the time so I just really don’t want to set myself up for disappointment.

Eugh, no change in OPK, still just showing high.....how long do you see this before it goes peak? Or am I asking an unanswerable question??

@MissyBate try again at 12dpo and then it will give you more of a definite answer! But sorry it was a negative xx

@MichT4 no way of predicting. Is it femometer telling you it is a high reading? Xx

@Girlmum83 I'm glad your appointment clarified that you have no underlying issues and all blood work is okay. That must be a hugr relief. It is easier said than done, but track (or don't) if it makes you feel better. Hopefully you get your BFP soon xx

@WellHurrahAndHuzzah congrats! I'm so happy for you! And so glad you never got on with the OPK tests, I couldn't either. I woke up worrying about the CB tests thinking I was wrong but I'll just have to hold out and wait now

@VP91x yeah its femometer. The line looks darker but not as dark as the control line. xx

@MichT4 have you got a pic?
Femometer will normally say high to most lines I have noticed. Unless it's super faint! Xx

Wow you girls are all up early this morning 😂 I’m ashamed to say I’m just awake lol for some reason I always get really tried after ovulation. 2dpo

@anaconda76 they usually advise you not to try while you are still bleeding due to the possibility of infection. But if your not bleeding anymore then the reason they usually ask you wait any period of time is so they can date the pregnancy easier. My GP and epu both told me to continue trying straight away after the bleeding had stopped but to try and keep track of ovulation

@Chickoletta fingers crossed for Friday. Can you order urinalysis sticks of amazon for next day delivery and check and see if you have a uti?

@MichT4 how annoying when apps continue to do that . I’m not sure on the Ava temps compared to femometer but I would say the Ava might be more accurate?

@Niisa oh no so did fasting last month end up knocking out your cycle and ovulation? I remember you last month saying your weren’t getting any peaks

@MichT4 I reckon you'll get your peak this afternoon. It's getting super dark. Test again in 3-4hrs after a hold! Xx
