Little bit of background -
Cycle #3 TTC after MC in December
This month doing SMEP, tracking BBT and OV (CB advanced and Femometer strips), also drowning myself in grapefruit juice 😂 and will take Calc Fluor in TWW.

@ManchNic it’s always hard/impossible not to be disappointed. You can’t help but get your hopes up each month.

I’m sure you’ll be able to be a mummy again, be patient with yourself if you can, and keep positive.

I’m 34, and I think we can all get bogged down on age. But it can still happen. My sister is 40 and has fallen PG so there’s always hope xxx

@chloedancer897 I would go by your static smiley! Those apps are always so off with their dates so pay no notice!! Your static smiley will be the best indicator of when you ovulated. You're definitely covered.

@ManchNic, really sorry AF got you and you are struggling with it. Know that we all understand and try to keep positive. As I keep saying 'it will happen, it just might take longer'.

@chloedancer897, I'm not familiar with the app you are using but from what I can gather you got flashies wed and thurs just gone and peak Friday just gone? If that's the case, the closer to ov that you dtd the better. SMEP recommends every other day, then on the day of peak and two days in a row after. Don't be disheartened. Sperm can live for 5 days waiting around for the egg and it only takes one ☝🏼 ❤️

@chloedancer897 omg don't apologise ❤️ this is what we are here for! It can get so confusing. I'm finding those predictions on the apps are wrong more often than not. You got your static which is fab xx are you doing your bbt?

@VP91x no, I've never recorded it. If this month isn't the month, I will start next month. Is it too late to start now?

@chloedancer897 I mean, it isn't going to show you too much because you do it to see the shift from pre-ov to post-ov. But if you want to see so you can have the data then no harm in doing it 😊 xx

@Jazper thank you. So I had static on Friday and DTD Friday Sat and Sun so hopefully I'm covered. That wasn't an app, i got them from the FRER and CB websites. I'm sure the test is more accurate at predicting than the calendar alone.

@chloedancer897, like @VP91x said, your OPK's are definitely the most accurate. Always go by them. You sound covered to me. Xx

@chloedancer897 oh I thought they were apps that gave you those dates. If it was the website calendars then definitely throw those dates in the bin they'll be completely wrong 😂😂

Have you got a BBT thermometer? Well, I would say Fertility Friend or Femometer xx

@chloedancer897 I would say though if you don't have one, maybe wait until you've tested in a few days before you get one because you might not need it 🤞🥰 xxx
