Little bit of background -
Cycle #3 TTC after MC in December
This month doing SMEP, tracking BBT and OV (CB advanced and Femometer strips), also drowning myself in grapefruit juice 😂 and will take Calc Fluor in TWW.

Sending everyone lots of luck 🤞

@Chickoletta you're 10/11 DPO right? Still might be early!
Think I might be out too this month, woke up and wiped. Wasn't brown or blood but can only be described as caramel coloured 🧐 so will spend about an hour googling that today I'm sure!

MichT4 · 12/06/2020 07:53

@MissyBate sorry for your negative. I’ve forgotten everyone’s dates - how many DPO?

@VP91x, my temps are still low, they’ve been dropping very slightly each day for the last few days -35.99 this morning (sounds low but they say skin temp is lower than oral).
Both my RHR and breathing rate have been dropping and last night they both started to creep up so maybe the Ava will show me some trends in the next few days. The app I use which seems to predict AF well is saying ovu on Sunday, so maybe that was right all along, or maybe the OPKs peaked a couple of days ago. Who bloody knows 😂

MichT4 · 12/06/2020 07:54

@elliew818 😂 sorry, but that did make me chuckle this morning. Damn Google! If anyone looked at my search history from the last few months....😳

MichT4 · 12/06/2020 08:00

Can I just say that when I bought those OPKs I thought that 50 would last me months. At this rate, I’ll have to buy so many boxes, I’ll have enough of the PG tests that come with them to test every day for the whole 9 months 😂😂

VP91x · 12/06/2020 08:03

@MissyBate really sorry it was a BFN 😔 when is AF due? Take this weekend to re set and focus on next month. Sending you hugs ❤️

@MichT4 my oral BBT temps are always around 35.8-36.10 at the most pre-ovulation. It might be right then for Sunday!! Xx

VP91x · 12/06/2020 08:04

@MichT4 haha I thought that too but 50 are definitely only enough for a month 👀

MichT4 · 12/06/2020 08:10

@VP91x ooh interesting, maybe things are still happening then. I’m getting worried I’m just not ovulating! I did read on our trusty friend google that temps can drop pre ovulation so my few downward days might be that.
I have no idea why I’m pretending I know what’s going on

What’s your plan with your deficit? Have you decided what to do yet?

VP91x · 12/06/2020 08:13

@MichT4 no don't doubt that you're ovulating. You'll be fine and you'll see it!!

Yeah going to go for it, starting today! Xx

Morning girls sorry to hear if the bfn this morning hoping its too early for u guys 🙏

@Niisa very hopeful for ur bfp... have u got IC mine did show ever so faint on cheapies so maybe give it a go they should be notnfar if the same sensitivity as a frer think frer is approx 6 miu and cheapy is 10miu. xx best of luck either way xx

HE88 · 12/06/2020 08:27

@Niisa I'm 8dpo today but would have been 7dpo yesterday when I had that cm. Your symptoms sound promising good luck testing 😀. Xx

@chickoletta and @MissyBate sorry it was a bfn this morning. Xx

Hayleylou89 · 12/06/2020 08:28

@Niisa asda own are 4 days before so technically they would work now for u too if AF is due monday they are only £3.50 for 2 🙏... sorry im
Excited for u to test haha x 😂

Chickoletta · 12/06/2020 08:34

Thanks all. AF is due on Weds so this is the first day I could test with a FRER - 5 days before AF due based on a 28 day cycle. I’m 9/10 dpo.

First period after MC was 20th May - 33 days after start of MC.

I suppose there is a slim chance that it’s just too early if my cycles are going to be longer or something but really, I think I’m out.

Last time (with the twins I lost) I had a super clear BFP on CD 24, which is today and that was just in the middle of the day. Stark white today with FMU.

I’m ok. I just really believed that I would be super fertile after the MC and be pregnant again soon.

I need to lick my wounds a bit but I think next cycle will be our last of TTC before we give up and count our blessings. We are so lucky to have 2 amazing children already.

Hayleylou89 · 12/06/2020 09:05

@Chickoletta u could still be in and ur early bfp last time could have been with it being so much hcg with it being 2? Dont give up hope as AF isnt here 🙏 xx

Nellle · 12/06/2020 09:24

Hi everyone, I'm Nelle - can I join?

Been lurking for a while, reading many of your stories, the daily ups and downs of TTC. I'm sorry to everyone for their losses ❤️💐 If it is very recent for you, please handle yourself with care and don't put too much pressure on ♥️♥️♥️

I'm 34, we lost our pregnancy at 11 weeks (spontaneous and painful) in September 2018. We then waited a bit and have now been trying since September 2019. It's getting really tough now, I suppose I treated the MC as confirmation that I was fertile and that it would only take a few months, but nothing so far.

I think I've posted finally because this month has really got me. Worked reeeeeally hard on conceiving this month - I know my cycle well and DTD like it was going out of fashion.

I'm on day 28 of a 30 day cycle. Already done about 3 First Response tests and I've lost hope for this month. Feeling blue.

Hoping to get some grit from all the kindness and solidarity in here. Everyone seems very supportive and I have everything crossed for all of you 🤞🤞🤞

MichT4 · 12/06/2020 09:50

@Chickoletta I agree with @Hayleylou89, it's still early so don't write yourself off yet. And if it is negative this month then look after yourself and please don't give yourself a hard time. It will happen, and if you decide you don't want to try any more then that's also fine - and it probably then will happen anyway! Sending hugs!

@Nellle Welcome! Sorry for your loss, and that you've had a tough month. Keep positive though. It's so hard as we all ust hope it'll be really quick. I was the same in that I came off the pill in November and fell pregnant in Feb - not really trying too hard. So I was hopeful it would be quick too. I'm sure it doesn't help, because sometimes when I hear it I want to hit someone, but I think we have to try and trust in our bodies that it will happen when the timing is right.

Eugh, so sorry for using that cliche. Do as I say and not as I do Hmm

Fingers are tightly crossed that it will be all of our lucky months soon xx

anaconda76 · 12/06/2020 09:52

Hi @Nellle, sorry to hear about your mc at 11 wks. It's really hard when you get so close to that magic 12 wk milestone only to have the shock of a mc. The hardest part of this ttc journey is the constant need for patience. It's not something I've been blessed with. Grin

Nellle · 12/06/2020 10:00

Sorry @MissyBate @Chickoletta on your BFNs. I'm with you. BFN on FR this morning (about the fifth this week) and that's on CD28, 13PO.

Safe to say, I'm out. 😢

MichT4 · 12/06/2020 10:04

@anaconda76 I'm with you. Patience and not being able to control a situation are not two of my qualities Confused

Northernsoul90 · 12/06/2020 10:20

Hi ladies, I have found this thread just looking for some advice really. I found out last week that I had suffered a missed miscarriage, this was my first pregnancy. I opted to have an MVA procedure done under local anaesthetic as I was told it was highly unlikely that I would miscarry naturally. The procedure itself, as unpleasant as it was, seemed to go fine and I have had quite minimal bleeding since - I had the MVA on Monday. I don’t know when to start tracking ovulation etc again. I’m also wondering what to expect with my cycle, have most people found their cycle has returned to how it was prior to mc or has it changed? My cycles tend to be longer about 32 days and ovulation usually happened on day 19 or 20. Feeling quite low at the moment and like it will never happen... any experiences or advice would be much appreciated.

Niisa · 12/06/2020 10:35

Thanks girls 💕💕💕 literally just woke up after sleeping at stupid o'clock this morning and Yupp heartburn & nausea are still very much here 😭😭 someone is cooking something all the way downstairs - 3 floors down - and it's making me feel queasy. Gurrrrrl if after all this I'm not pregnant, I'm gonna be pissed! 😂😂😂😂

Eli2020 · 12/06/2020 10:35

Hello ladies. I've been feeling really low and I don't really have anybody to talk to about ttc so I hope you don't mind me joiningBlush. This is our 6th cycle ttc#1, we had an early MC in the end of March which shattered me quite a bit. What helped me stay positive at the time was reading so many people saying how they were so fertile after a MC and managed to conceive straight away after, some even without getting another period. And here I am-3 cycles after that and still nothing. Today is 12 dpo-I tested in the morning with a Clinical Guard test and was BFN. I know they are not the most sensitive but surely if I was PG even a faint line would appear by now? HmmAF is due on Sunday or Monday. Just feel so discouraged-we are 32, eat super healthy, been taking pre natal vitamins, using pre seed, tracking ovulation, having lots of BD In the fertile window, I don't drink, smoke or even have coffee since ttc... Just not sure what else can I do Sad Do you think I'm out this month if I'm getting bfn on 12 dpo? My boobs have been so sore-I normally get sore boobs before AF arrives but the only time they ever hurt so much was when we got pregnant in March.

Niisa · 12/06/2020 10:37

@Hayleylou89 hahaha I get like that too once I get excited! I'll test as soon as the frer tests come today and save the other for a couple days' time if it's negative.

@Chickoletta so sorry for your bfn hun 💕

Diorissimo1985 · 12/06/2020 10:43

Back from GP and feeling pretty anxious. Doctor thinks there could be an autoimmune issue as I have rheumatoid arthritis which developed after I had DD. Have an appointment with gynae on Monday and can discuss further. Unsure about trying this cycle now? Will it just result in third miscarriage?
Does anyone have any knowledge of autoimmune issues and how that affects pregnancy? Also what is the treatment? X

Niisa · 12/06/2020 10:55

So took another IC and it's another negative lol not even the faintest. Nada!
