When did i ovulate?

Hi all,
Attached is my bbt chart and I'm keen to hear when do you think i ovulated, hence how many dpo am i now.
The Femometer app shows i ovulated on CD23, and it's marking it as day 0. However my last EWCM was on CD22 and i also had ovulation cramps on that day and two days before. I did LH tests but didnt catch a peak, only high values, again the highest on CD22.
Do you think the app is correct and i am now 4dpo or 5dpo (as per my symptoms?).
I think ny temperature usually rises slowly so it's not a clear cut...thanks

Both the chart and the LH tests would have me guess that you did indeed ovulated on CD23. EWCM can be random and is not a good indicator of ovulation day - and apparently ovulation pain can likewise be misleading in that it doesn't have to coincide with actual ovulation as it could be related to the release of fluid around ovulation and doesn't have to be the follicle itself bursting.

It's all guesswork though!

EWCM usually more pronounced day before ovulation. So id say 4dpo 😄
