Pregnancy test help. So confused.

So last Wednesday I did a pregnancy test, no FMU, but held it for a few hours, and it was the faintest yet positive line
Repeated tests Thursday and Friday and they were negative so just accepted it. All these have been with FRER

Did another test today, just now with a cheap Morrison's own brand test, and again it's a faint positive

What the actual? What is going on?

I have PCOS, so my periods are sporadic and I can't track anything so it's not simply a case of 'when is my period due?'

We are TTC, but have only been for 5 weeks

Can you post photos of the tests?

Cheap Morrison's just now. The line is definitely there but so very faint again. All the others have definitely been negative in between

Sorry OP, these look like they could be Evaps to me - test again in a couple of days, you should have a much clearer line if they are bfps!

@whambam89

Any tips for stopping evaps showing? I always look before the 2 mins is over Confused

@2007Millie I'm not sure sorry, I've had the same in the past and it's so frustrating!

It could be a BFP, I'd just give it a couple of days and test again you would see progression if it is - fingers crossed for you x

How do you attach a pic?

TheDaydreamBelievers · 09/06/2020 21:55

If these are within the times suggested they are unlikely to be evaps. Fingers crossed for you OP, keep testing every few days
