Strong positive opk 8dpo

As the title says really.. test line darker than control. Anyone experienced this and gone on to get a bfp? Thanks in advance

I've had similar this month in that I seemed to get a second LH surge around 5DPO! Currently 9/10DPO and waiting to test on Thursday. Will be good to see how you get on ☺️

@mintgreenlife I've read stories where it's gone on to be a BFP and others where it's just been an LH surge, I've never had a positive that strong on an opk though (only first month using them though so doesn't mean it's not normal for me!)

AF isn't due until Sunday so I'm going to try my absolute hardest to hold out until then

It's my first month using them also, first month TTC ☺️ Apparently you can get positives on OPKs when pregnant, but not before you'd get a positive on a pregnancy test. From what I've read OPKs aren't able to differentiate between LH and HCG x

Anyone else experienced this and ended up with a positive outcome?
