Possible to ovulate whilst still bleeding from miscarriage?

I had a MMC confirmed 6th May. Had medical management on the 11th and bled until the 29th. Is it possible that my cycle restarted whilst I was still bleeding since I passed the pregnancy between the 11th and the 13th? I started tracking my temperature and LH the day I stopped bleeding and the LH is decreasing rather than increasing so I'm a little confused.. Maybe it's a stupid question but has anyone experienced this?

@losingthettcplot yeah I took one on the day I stopped bleeding and it was negative
