Miscarriage - Positive Test Advice Needed

I’m nearly 3 weeks post miscarriage and have to do an official test on Wednesday, tests the last few days have still been positive.

I have to phone hospital on Wednesday after doing a test, which will probably be positive still.

It seems to be coming down.

What will the hospital want to do? Bloods / ultrasound? I’m hoping not another round of misoprostol. Can I tell them I would rather wait another week or so before exploring that option to see if I get a negative test?

I’m sorry for your loss.
I still had a positive test three weeks after MMC. They did another ultrasound and as there was no significant pregnancy tissue visible, advised to just test weekly. My period came about 2.5 weeks after that.

I think I will wait it out and test every few days, it seems to be going in the right direction. X
