@TTCgee you must be fit with a RHR of 50! 💪 also so happy you said yours is still low as I will now stop trying to use it to sympton check! TBF I think mine went up when it was hot, then dipped and happend to be thats when AF was due.

@Sydgal22 @LV1987 are you both testing on 20th like me? I’m trying not to think about it too much although I did think god another 11 days to go yet. This is only my second cycle since Mirena removal but first month OPK testing and BDing at the right times 🤞🏼✨

@j0d13 @LV1987 yep app says the 20th but my cycles have ranged from 26-29 day’s over the last few so could be a could of day’s earlier, I’m going to do my very very best not to test earlier but I just love POAS! You ladies feeling any different?

@J0DI3 @Sydgal22 I am on the list as the 18th, but I think I will try and hold off until the 20th 🤞 I'm not really sure if I feel different... Maybe more "what will be will be" than previous months, as I at least know that we've definitely DTD at the right time. We've never even managed that before 🙈 Last month was the first month that OH seemed put out by me getting AF - but that's because he naively thinks his two children from his previous marriage were the result of super sperm 😂😂

@Sydgal22 @LV1987 I only have one FRER so am going to try and hold out. I almost ordered some more but thought I wouldn’t do it to myself so I don’t test early. I definitely think the OPK testing helps with the POAS urges too 😂 My last two cycles have been 33 days long. I don’t feel any different just feel a bit more confident in knowing we did things right this time and what will be, will be! I’m really praying for a sticky egg though 🤞🏼

@lucyrp we all have 'rubbish mum' days I was like that too yesterday as I was so exhausted and sleep deprived. You're an excellent mum and your little boy is lucky to have you remember that. I think we all have bad days where we are over critical of ourselves and it's really hard especially in lock down. Be kind to yourself I hope you feel better today x @watermelonwizard you are a great mum too and that twin story is awful I would of cried at that x

@lucyrp I'd probably ring straight away I did last time I have to let hospital know too for medical reasons because of my ulcerative colitis then they all liaise and talk about me haha. Even tho I rang early booking appointments are always around ten weeks at my surgery x

@TTCgee your pregnancy is dated from the first day of your last period when actually you may not of been pregnant until like week 3 but it's the most accurate way of doing it so human gestation is only 38 weeks on average to grow the baby even tho pregnancy is classed as 40 weeks x

@TTCmummy2021 oh no that's awful! Maybe it's not full period? Some of the other ladies on here have had some bleeding and still BFPS x

@Cocoblue22 I don’t have to go through the doctors surgery where I am its completely different. Its through the birthing units at local hospitals and the midwives do the booking appointment over the phone at the moment and you just go in the same day to get bloods done. I rang on the Monday and had my appointment on the Friday so it seemed pretty quick to me x thank you I know I was being silly I was just having a really emotional evening and I’m not sure why x

@Mococo1 if I feel like it's not my month I just try to do everything in my power to distract myself. Whenever I get a bfn or af I have a day of moping and then feel super pumped for next cycle. It's hypocritical of me to say but try and stay positive, at this point you could be pregnant so I always like to enjoy the week I believe I am before the storm 🤣 if I get a bfp that's a massive bonus? But you feel and do what you need to x

@Sydgal22 that's annoying of him! But at the same time I'm jealous he's so involved. Dh is so excited about us getting pregnant but he really doesn't want anything to do with ttc apart from being a donor 😂 he says it'll ruin the surprise for him. Which I get, but it's bloody lonely sometimes! That's why I love these threads. Keep going with smep girl, you got this!

@Minster2012 ugh I get the fuck you comment. I regrettingly told a friend we were ttc when we started as she had just had her baby and told me when she was ttc. I thought it would be nice to talk to someone, but she's older than me and conceived on cycle 2, and now just acts as if she feels sorry for me... she's not being mean but just doesn't know what to say. I've told her we're not trying anymore because it's so awkward.

@DKDK123 it's so true! I had NO idea how long it takes to conceive for most women. I just assumed I'd stop taking my pill and the first time would get me pregnant! Pah!

@lucyrp strong smelling can often be a sign of a wee infection keep an eye on it and go to the docs if its still smelling in the next few days.

@watermelonwizard oh wow, what a thing for your FIL to say. Bless him he must have thought he was being funny but for you that's such a horrible thing to hear. People definitely don't think before saying stuff about family planning and pregnancy 😔 I'm so sorry you had to hear that, that must have been very bittersweet having your beautiful baby knowing there was supposed to be two. Sending you hugs xx
