Morning!

@lucyrp that really sucks, I’m sorry it’s BFN this morning 😥let’s hope witchy stays away though & you aren’t really out

@OnNaturesCourse soooo good to hear you & bean are doing well that’s made my morning 😻

@33Carr really hoping 🧙also stay away for you, are you testing or waiting??

@Skip86 I don’t know if you’ve seen grand designs Australia or grand designs U.K., but it’s basically mandatory to do a renovation with the “added pressure of being 6 months pregnant” so yeah you got it girl if it happens or not 💁🏼‍♀️

JustMouse · 08/06/2020 07:50

Morning,

@lucyrp - sorry to hear that it wasn't what you was hoping for.

My bbt took a drop this morning from 36.88 to 36.63, still well above the cover line but I think AF is on her way. I feel rather crampy still but also woke still feeling sick.

I really do hate this ttc game, it all just seems so unfair.

Off to buy some new bedding today and hopefully cheer myself up. I think i'll need to buy a big bar of chocolate as well, but that's not on the slimming world diet!

Katao · 08/06/2020 07:51

@OnNaturesCourse I'm so happy to hear things are going well for you! You must be so relieved.

@TTCmummy2021 sounds good for you too with your squinter, good luck Tuesday.

@Hogrider and @DAC21 congrats.
@lucyrp sorry about the bfn
@Catherinettc how are you? I really feel for you with all the confusion with tests. I hope you are ok.
It's so hard to keep up with this tread, I hope i haven't mistagged anyone or left anyone out. Sorry for any one who got af or feels it is in the way. The more I read the more I think this is such a diverse group of women who yet there is so much common ground. , it's lovely to see so much support 😃

lucyrp · 08/06/2020 07:53

@Minster2012 my hands were shaking when I was doing the test and still shaking now☹️ I was so nervous and I wasn't expecting a really clear line only a squinter but absolutely nothing😓

@JustMouse I still also felt sick when I woke this morning☹️ it's really not fair is it. Don't worry about slimming world at the moment. I know I'm not 🤣

Minster2012 · 08/06/2020 07:53

@watermelonwizard more 🧙🧙that need to stay away!! It’s like Halloween 😹how many dpo are you?

But @PeanutButterBrownies what distractions have you got other than us?!

I’m on CD5 here & still the last bits of AF, which for me is pretty long. I think. I’ve also had a few clots, is that normal? I’ve not had a period for so long I don’t know what normal is ladies?

I’m gonna eat seeds too Cos hey why not! And I think my ovulation sticks should be arriving today! Do we think I might see a static this month 🤔

blodyn91 · 08/06/2020 07:54

@lucyrp thats 💩😔
As for me AF has arrived! So thats 2 cycles 29/30 days after coming off the pill, so really hope my hormones are settled and its going to be third time lucky! Seeds on my porridge and OPK arriving tomorrow!

@Skip86 My parents bought their farm and renovated it when my sister was born and my brother was 2, they had to live in a caravan for a while when they re roofed! So totally up to you, you could always take a step back and not TTC but also DTD unprotected and just see what happens

blodyn91 · 08/06/2020 07:57

@Minster2012 Good signs! Means your womb was better prepared for implantation. (or so I have read)

TTCmummy2021 · 08/06/2020 07:57

No giving up yet @lucyrp !! It's a bit crap but there's no AF so anything is possible 😀

@Catherinettc - if you are worried, perhaps go get some bloods done to check levels if you think it's a chemical? That's what we did with ours x

lucyrp · 08/06/2020 07:58

@Minster2012 5 days long for a period ?! Mine used to be between 7-10 days long 😓😂 they are now only 5 days so that's really short for me!

@blodyn91 yeah feel pretty rubbish as I was feeling so rough and I actually feel rough today and its even worse because I know its just something else that's actually wrong with me 😂🥴 sorry to hear af arrived for you too☹️

PeanutButterBrownies · 08/06/2020 08:01

@lucyrp oh man, sounds like you had a really rough first 3 months with DS, bless you. Sorry you have to work today but hopefully getting out and chatting about something different will be a good distraction...?

@JustMouse omg I love buying bedding, it fixes everything!

@Minster2012 you make a good point! Glad to hear AF is on her way out (and stay out!), I don't know about what's normal cause I think it's different for everyone, but my periods changed a lot when I came off the pill. I think loads of things can change periods, like stress and stuff as well. Have you asked Dr Google?

lucyrp · 08/06/2020 08:02

@TTCmummy2021 thanks I know I've got to stay hopeful until tomorrow but it's so hard.

@unluckyducky I wondered where you'd got to!😂 me too! I didn't realise how devastated I would be eithrt when af arrives 😭

Also thought this was pretty funny but so annoying at the same time. I've had the same Instagram account since I was in school so thought I'd go through and clean up who I was following as I followed nearly 2000 people and only have 600 followers so I unfollowed 600 people yesterday mainly celebs etc who don't make me feel good and like beauty websites etc. Only to find I'm not allowed to unfollow/follow/ like any posts because Instagram thinks I'm now spam 😭😂 I still need to unfollow 300 more people so not sure how that's going to work. Good excuse to have a break off it as I csnt actuallt do anything on there!😹

lucyrp · 08/06/2020 08:04

@PeanutButterBrownies it was rough I was pretty much bed/sofa bound it was like the flu but for 3 months and I wondered what was wrong with me😂 fingers crossed although we've been putting this work off for ages as we need to do costing and retail price etc for loads of stuff and its effort 😂

@JustMouse I also love buying bedding but I fear we have so many I never actually use them all as I alternate between my two favourites 😂

Minster2012 · 08/06/2020 08:05

@Blodyn oooo if it means it's good for implantation that would make me feel better as that was an issue for the IVF so that makes me feel a little bit better then.

I'm on the app now & gotta get used to it, though it's not just brought up blodyns name so that's a bit weird

@lucyrp yeah when I was younger mine were 7-10 days it was a reason for me going on depo

lucyrp · 08/06/2020 08:07

@Minster2012 yeah mine were so long before and they were actually long for the first 2 months when they came back after 3 years on the depo but they're only 5 days now so that's great 😂

@unluckyducky mine definitely isn't an hour long block it happened about dinner time yesterday and still won't let me do anything 😭😂

@SmileyT ah that makes me feel better. @Bear127 did you see that comment?

@lucyrp so sorry about bfn :( I know the feeling when you're sure, it's crappy. But like others have said you're still not out x

Hope everyone else is ok.
I'm now questioning whether I've ovulated at all 😖

@unluckyducky I mean I unfollowed literally every love island person I followed expect for malin because I love her and a few others but it was 600 people unfollowed altogether within like 2 hours 😂I read somewhere the ban can lasts 4 weeks and I almost cried. Especially if af comes I need a distraction!!!!

@lucyrp Aww I’m sorry about the BFN, but you’re not out until you’re out! Sending ❤️

watermelonwizard · 08/06/2020 08:17

Haha thanks @Minster2012 I am 10 dpi but usually have quite short cycles, however I have been on the mirena coil for the last 8 years and this is the first month off it, so f knows where my body is at. I did ovulate though which is a plus. Fingers crossed you do too this cycle! No idea about periods as I had such light ones on the coil I didn't even need a pad/tampon just spotting for a day or 2. Had a heavy bleed for me after removal of the coil and almost passed out 😂 I'm def gonna join the seedy gang too! X

Bear127 · 08/06/2020 08:17

@Newbie0818 Noo which comment? I’ll try and go back to look but I’m on the browser
