@Vil10 I def wouldn’t book a big holiday like that UNLESS I had it in cast iron ALL (Or however much you are willing to lose) of it could be refunded anyway now. I wouldn’t worry about not saying it earlier about corona because they keep updating things constantly so just say you’ve thought about it more & read more news etc & just aren’t willing to commit at this stage, not when large travel companies are worried about their firms like BA 🤷‍♀️. I’m usually very much “don’t live life around TTC or babies, they will fit around” which they will if you want to travel when pregnant then or have a baby, but there’s no need to book now

@vil10 how about pretending that you might want to TTC second half of next year and therefore you can't book this trip as it's a zika area? Which would mean having to hold off TTC for six months afterwards? It's kinda a half truth (esp as it's not advised to go to zika countries when pregnant) without spilling the beans about already TTC now?

Just checking in and have loved catching up with all the BFP. Congratulations everyone 🎊🎉

I'm at the end of my 3 day bedrest and can happily say things are looking good. No more bleeding, and the cramps have subsided slightly. My tests are getting darker, in fact my latest FR test has a test line darker than the control! Clear blue now says 2-3 week, so 4-5 weeks in pregnancy.

Thank you for putting up with me ladies, you're support was brilliant. Hoping to see lots of you on the June Grads Bus.

CD9 here and should have started CB this morning but don't have a pack yet! Will go out and get one later today (no such thing as Amazon next day delivery in this joint), so hoping it's ok to start a day late.

We've had so so much happen over the last few days, with our business and announcements from the Govt re building/construction grants and what not, so I'm actually really hesitant going into this FW... Not sure if the right time for me to be getting preg.
It's a long story, but the short of it is that we have an opportunity to renovate our house and would need to do it from about Dec 2020 for about 6 months! Not sure if throwing a baby in that mix will work 🙈 arrgh.
At the very least it means that if it takes a while to conceive I won't be as upset each month 🤷🏼‍♀️

Morning everyone! AF due tomorrow and awful cramps last night so think it's gonna arrive a day early today! Boo 😭

@Juno231 that's a good idea!! I thought about the Zika virus but just read up on it now, and either way, if I weren't pregnant by June next year if we went we would have to put off TTC for 6 months, if I get pregnant just before we go I can't go because you can't go pregnant, and there's no way if I was to conceive soon that I would want to take a 2 month old there! It just isn't the right time at all!x

@Skip86 how would you feel about waiting 6 months to be able to TTC again? If you feel okay about it then I'd say throw yourself into your work and renovation and it'll go by so quick then you have the TTC journey to look forward to at the end of it x

Sorry for your BFN @lucyrp, what a rubbish start to the day. Too early for gin i think but never too early for some comfort cake? I think you've mentioned before that you haven't known about being pregnant until much later in the past, but I totally understand if you don't want to get your hopes up. Everything crossed for you either way!

@Vil10 I'd be avoiding Mexico like the plague at the moment () if I were you - and as others have said there are plenty of really great reasons to not rush into booking anything right now. I know it's really hard to disappoint people but you've got to do what's best for you. Good luck!

I don't feel anything like I normally would but I guess that doesn't mean anything. Af normally comes as soon as I wake up and go to the loo but nothing today so must be tomorrow. Pretty sure 14dpo and nothing is crap tho☹️

@PeanutButterBrownies yeah I normally don't realise out of TTC if I'm pregnant until about 8 weeks but I guess you're not looking for it are you. With DS I was so ill for 3 months before I realised I was pregnant (I was actually ill for the first month which then turned into morning sickness) I actually have to go into work today to discuss afternoon teas so that will not be fun 🥴
