Ok so I came on my period on 22nd of may I took a table that stops your period beacuse my hot tub came and couldnt wait to use it 🤦♀️ so my period stopped and then came back 25th so what day do I put in ovulation calendar for 1st day of last period? I had sex the 2nd of june and 5th of june but inbetweeners those 2 dates I had really bad cramp on lower side for around 3 hours could that be ovulation cramp hot to ease with paracetamol and hot water bottle.
