I got sent some of these in a kit, but no actual instructions as to when to start using? Can anyone advise

From cycle day 11 usually. Depends how long your cycles are. If 28 day cycle you can be pretty certain ovulation will be around day 14 so a few days before will pick up on increasing LH until you get your surge. Ovulation is 24-48 hours after the surge
