Pregnacare tablets

Hi

Me and my husband are trying to conceive baby no2, we’ve been trying since September and have been taking pregnacare tablets to help.
However my periods are all over the place and I haven’t got a proper cycle where I use to be every 28 days before I came off the pill. Has anyone else had this?

I think it's unlikely to be linked to the Pregnacare but maybe worth a chat with your doctor if you're worried?

I have PCOS and my cycle is all over the place, I came off the pill in October and have been TTC for 7 months! I completely sympathise with you! TTC With an irregular cycle is so hard

Pregnacare are just multivitamins. There isn't anything in them that could disrupt cycles! Have you seen your GP to check its not something else going on?

I've read in multiple places that pregnecare can disrupt your cycles. I have since stopped taking them and have worked out a meal plan to get the nutrients I need (except folic acid and vitamin D, which I take as supplements)

I took pregnacare last year and it messed up my cycle . And when I started to research it seemed to do that for some women so it's possible it could be the tablets!

I stopped taking them immediately.

I havent used pregnacare myself but have also read plenty of threads where it has messed with cycles. Worth looking into and maybe stopping them for a month to see what happens. X

They absolutely mess with your cycle. My AF is like clockwork and always has been. Last cycle (first month taking these) my period was 5 days late! As in sure you can imagine, i was super excited thinking i was pregnant I'm not taking them again.
