Early ovulation?

What cycle day do people know that they ovulate on or get a positive/ peak OPK?

I started OPK testing last month and reckon I may ovulate early (got the peak on CD11) and reckon this maybe having an impact on TTC.

My normal ovulation day was CD7/8, I started taking B6 and it moved to CD11.

I started Ubiquinol to try and give the eggs the best shot as read I could be releasing immature eggs.

Not sure what else could be tried to lengthen the follicular phase though

@LosingtheTTCplot thank you! Did you go to the doctors about it and they said to take B6 and Ubiquinol? Did they say anything else?

I usually get peak day 12 so ovulate day 13. As long as you ovulate after at least say 10, that’s ok. Earlier than day 10 will be an immature egg and less likely to be successful x

No, my doctors are useless, I even changed and still as bad. after having 20 day cycles for a couple of months I did a shed load of reading up. I also read “It Starts With the Egg”

Started with B6 (100mg) and b vit complex. Went to 24 day cycle. Had 4 chemicals between about July to January. Then looked into Ubiquinol for egg health and decided to give that a go, started them at ovulation in February until ovulation in March (got quite expensive). Fell pregnant in March but unfortunately had a anembryonic pregnancy (empty sac) which went to 11+2 and had a medical managed miscarriage. Still having positive tests so having to wait until I get cycle back and will start back on the Ubiquinol and B6.

I think if I had gotten pregnant after taking the Ubiquinol for 3 months it might’ve been a viable pregnancy. I seem to have a problem with keeping a pregnancy but having some tests done next few weeks. Xx

@LosingtheTTCplot oh wow, sorry to hear about the experience you've had TTC. It's so much more complex than we are led to believe. That's good you're having some tests done soon, wishing you all the luck for those and sending positive thoughts. 😊
Thanks for all the information, it's really helpful. I didn't know about all of that! I'm having blood tests at the doctors this cycle as it's been pretty much a year to see if they can identify anything. So we shall see 🤞🏼
