Hi guys, just looking for a bit of advice if that's ok. I had a poor nights sleep last night, then woke at 5.08am, took my bbt which was 36.54, dozed but didn't get up or move or anything, stupidly took it again at normal time of 05.40 (shift worker so even on days off i wake at this time but can go back to sleep) and it was 36.71. which temp do I use? bit confused........Hmm

I'd go with the first one, assuming you'd been sleeping for a solid block.

I'd go with the first one too.

My app says first one as long as you were asleep for a few hours before hand.

I have a toddler who isn't a great sleeper so I wake often from about 4 (or am up!) I always use the first temp as that's after a solid block of sleep and I know when I go back to sleep I will be restless. Because of this my temps aren't 100% accurate but I'm still able to confirm ovulation and see the dip before my period arrives. Hope that helps.

Thanks, I wondered if it was an implantation dip as 8dpo or a bit random with the increase within 30 minutes. Quite new to this!
