Sex after miscarriage

Hi

I’m 11 days into a medically managed miscarriage at 11+2, had a MMC.

I’m still spotting, very dark brown when wiping only and still have a positive pregnancy test.

When is it safe to have sex again? Really fancying some alone time with hubby. Do you think it’s safe now as I’m only spotting when wiping?

Do I need to wait for a negative test before having special times with hubby?
