Hi ladies,
Hope you're all well! Am new on here and after a bit of advice. I'm almost 37 and have a wonderful DH,...the only issue is that we have been TTC on and off for about 2 years now but he has always had quite a low libido which I think has a lot to do with inexperience (I.e. we've were both each other's firsts) and he has erection problems on and off... obviously made worse by the fact that we are now TTC. We have spent a lot of time discussing this and he's making efforts finally to address this (diet, exercise etc) I feel so much better now that we are communicating about it openly and doing something to address it. However, we both realise that time is not on our side and therefore have agreed to try home insemination to take the pressure off by separating TTC from just DTD for fun. Anyway back to home insemination...I have ordered a fertility kit online from Amazon (cups and syringes) but was wondering if it hurts when you insert the syringe (I know I sound pathetic but am actually really scared!). So is using something like pre-seed an essential part of the process or can you inseminate without it?
