Broken heart :( possible chemical?

Hi all, just feeling a bit down at the moment. I took a pregnancy test on Friday afternoon and a faint line shown up straight away. I felt all the emotions, nervous and excited and everything else in between. I didn't believe it so I did another one straight away and the same thing happened. I then took another one the next morning and a very very faint line showed up (lighter than the previous one). Then this morning I took another one and there was no line at all. I'm about 10dpo. Does this sound like a chemical pregnancy?

It's too early to say OP. At that stage your hormones are still so low that small variations such as in the concentration in your urine can give different results. Leave it at least 48 hours. HCG which is what the tests test for should double every 48 hours. I know it's easier said than done but testing more frequently than that will only cause worry and not reassurance.

Thank you! I'm just so anxious. I try not to think about it but I can't help it. I'm just a bit upset because I got my hopes up and now I feel like it was all for nothing.
I will try my best to wait until Tuesday morning to try again (which is 48hrs away) if af hasn't come by then. Fingers crossed!
