Regular irregular periods

My periods used to be a lot more regular around 28 days, but over the past two years (as of today, on cycle 12 of TTC #1) they have been anywhere between 25 and 30 days.

Does anyone have this? The early ones don't upset me so much, but the late ones drive me nuts. I'm 31, never been pregnant, and was only on birth control for about 3 months in my 20s (in case this has anything to do with it).

Yes this is me! Mine are now between 26 and 31 days. I'm on cycle 11 of TTC #1. I'm 33 and have never been pregnant either.

That is still classed as regular, the consultant told us as long as it's within a week. Mine have always varied by a few days xx

Thanks both, does this necessarily mean that ovulation is dancing around by as many as 5 days also?

I can always tell when I'm ovulating I normally feel a pain to the ovary thats ovulating and have ewcm. The only way you could tell is ovulation sticks. Consultant said as long as you dtd about 3 times per week then it's enough xx
