Me too - I fully sympathise but can't really complain because we'll be TTC number 2. The feeling of anticipation, excitement and impatience is definitely the same though.

I think we'll be waiting until December / January at the earliest though. I'd like to avoid an August baby. I know how much all my friends said that it sucked having a birthday in August. Although DS was meant to be mid Oct but arrived almost 7 weeks early so he's late August anyway

haha. I am an august baby and my husband is July. I don't really mind august - September would be a whole extra year at nursery rather than school so swings and roundabouts really.

You are right, there are definite upsides to August birthdays. Maybe I just had grumpy friends growing up .

We are hoping to move house towards the end of this year (another reason i am desperate for Sept/Oct - can't move before that as husband on probation at new job). We are planning to put air conditioning in the bedroom when we move.
