Hi all,

So I am very new to all of this and I'm looking for advice!

My husband and I want to start trying for our first baby in July (it'll be here before we know it!). I came off the pill in September 2019 and we have been taking pregnacare couple vitamins for conceiving for the last week or so.

Any advice on what else we should be doing? I've been using the Flo app to log my periods and that has worked out when I am ovulating etc.

Has anyone else used the Flo app and had success?

I have tried to do as much reading as possible but there is SO much information out there it's hard to know where to begin!

Thank you in advance Smilexx

Unless you have reason to believe that you will have fertility issues then my only recommendation is to DTD every other day throughout the month (not just your predicted fertile window), and try to be as relaxed as possible about it.

I know it's easy to say but you really should try to enjoy this time. Enjoy being able to spend so much time together, enjoy being able to sleep in, enjoy being able to go out on dates etc. You'll probably have your BFP before you know it - so try not to focus on the TTC part too much.

Good luck!
