Upset Stomach - TTC - TMI sorry

So sorry this is TMI!

The last couple of days at night times i have been getting an upset stomach.

Tonight my stomach and lower back was so sore and I had really bad Diarrhea! :( I'm fine now.
It's not period cramp but more upset stomach and I don't feel sick. Although I have been very emotional.

But I've been reading this could be a potential pregnancy symptom?
Going to test in the morning.

I didn't know this was a symptom? Just very unusual for me.

Yes, it was for me with ds2. Had uneasy feeling in stomach and lots of diarrhoea for about a week before testing. We were TTC so I was really looking out for symptoms, this was a definite change to my body.
