Is this a positive ovulation test?

Just wondering if this is positive? Pic attached. I'm 8dpo (confirmed ovulation this month with temping) so I'm confused as to why I'm having such a dark control line???

Do you have an early pregnancy test to hand? That strong line could indicate you are pregnant. 8DPO is early to get a strong line but it's a possibility.

Couple of reasons:

  • you maybe didn't ovulate, and are now ovulating late
  • you get a surge before AF which ovulation tests can pick up
  • you're pregnant!

I'd do a FRER to be sure xx

Okay so I took another ovulation test today and it's the same. Not sure why this is the case as I'm pretty sure I ovulated last week.
