I just wondered if anyone else was quite overweight and TTC atm? Or had any success stories around TTC whilst being pretty overweight?

I was overweight when I conceived my first DD, but am much heavier now a few year down the line and am worried that it will really negatively impact our chances of TTC and then my pregnancy.
I am currently actively trying to shift weight, and will do a slimming world plan during pregnancy I think.

I'm just getting to a point where we will start ttc. I'm overweight and meant to loose some first but life got in the way and miscarriage, meds and now lockdown helped put some on me too. I'm trying to eat healthy as I reduce my meds ready to ttc this summer.

I'm a bit overweight - BMI 28 ish. Trying to eat really well whilst TTC and drop weight a little. Not going to use any huge caloric restriction as that can impact on TTC too! Aiming for around 1600-1700 per day and exercise

I am very overweight - post natal depression from first baby led me to put on 4 stone over the last four years - and I decided to get serious about losing weight from January, get healthy and start TTC number 2.

The baby beat me to it and I'm now nearly 25 weeks. Being very careful throughout pregnancy - I'm high risk due to bmi. I've lost 5 kgs and that is obviously due to change of diet and no booze etc.

I'm now overweight and really depressed about it. I'm hoping to start changing my diet tomorrow. My DP has been a veggie for about 3 years and it feels like all we ever have for dinner is carbs. I also feel like I'm basically working all the time since lockdown so meal planning has been really poor.

I had a PT before I had my DD in 2018 and was so fit and healthy. I'd looking at online PTs just so I have someone to encourage me / keep me in check.
