AF due in 3 days.

Am sure I'm out this month - negative FRER today and I have the usual PMS acne.

Just want my period to come already so that I can get this useless cycle over with and have a commiseration beer.

Just frustrating as have been taking pre-conception vitamins for months, cut out caffeine, no alcohol during TWW, have DTD every other day, tracked ovulation and with no success.

Anyone else fancy a moan whilst waiting for AF to show up?

Hi ladies if I may p/a, I'm 36. Have 2 kids aged 3 and 5. Would appreciate anyones advice or experience p/s. Had a mc late jan at 11 weeks. Af came back around 4 weeks. I read and thought it would be heavier, longer etc. I had a few cramps, felt a bit tired and cold as I normally do but it wasnt heavy but was lighter than normal and also lasted for 5 days as normal. Is this normal or will i bleed again in a few days? I want to ttc and start testing after my first AF as advised by the EPU. Was my first period normal. Is it safe ttc and will I ovulate? Thank you

@Lizbb hello 👋🏻 sorry to hear you've been having a tough time...
I must say that I was the same as you all the way through my miscarriage experience...I never had any of the extreme bleeding or pain that they warned me about. My first AF came four weeks after the MC bleed too, mine was lighter than usual but went on for much longer - around ten days.
I think it can be different for everyone...I had a blighted ovum discovered at 6 weeks and finally passed with medical management at 16 weeks but I'd had a few minor bleeds between and my body had started to dislodge and break down the sac around 13 weeks.
If you're concerned though I'd maybe take another HPT to make sure that your HCG levels are back to zero...if you get a faint line I'd get in touch with EPU and ask what they advise next.

I've fully embraced AF week this time - hot baths, prosecco, vodka and aaaall the anti-TTC stuff 🤣

@mrswilso hiya thanks hun. Yea have been testing since my af ended. Its showing no line.. the af was for 5 days normal but a bit lighter although I still had to wear a pad. App says I'm ovulating 07.03 so will test till than and I will also use cb around than also. Did you ovulate after your light period and did you ttc during this time?

Decided I’m going to focus on shifting weight for next 6 months, been wanting to do for ages as BMI is 29 so basically on the edge of fertility treatment levels but been worried while TTC. Obviously not happening so going to shift the weight and take my Fitbit off and just get on with life!

@Lizbb mine was very almost like normal but I was only 5 weeks. I ovulated about a week later than normal but second AF was also about a week late so keep testing 😊

We had our in-person appointment at the private fertility clinic last week. Made me laugh, when she was doing the ultrasound, she said that while one ovary was ‘clearly polycystic in appearance’ the other was just revving up to release an egg, so there was strong advice to hop to it with DH 😂 anyway, we get the blood results, SA results and scan results on Thursday next week.
Sod’s law, I had a call this morning from our local hospital to book me in for my NHS appointment... for Thursday next week 😂 after 6 months waiting, they choose the same day. I’ve booked it anyway, and decide on our route moving forward from there.

AF was due yesterday, so I gave the clinic a call and gave them the good news even though I wasn’t supposed to test until Friday. Just waiting for a call back to book a viability scan, that’ll probably be week of 22 March.

Aww @LS2020 really feels that way at this stage doesn’t it?? Feel like I’ve been TTC forever!
Yea @Sunbird24 so I think we’ve decided we will continue on the private route until the NHS (hopefully) offers us the same treatment through then iyswim? So we might end up doing three or four months or whatever it takes of private before switching to nhs, depending on how these appointments go next week!

Hey ladies @mrswilso @LS2020 finally got my static smiley face and high opk today. Gonna have some fun l8r. 😃. Queation please. Juat started the bbt but temp still 36.44. When will it increase if indeed it does. After the mc in jan hoping I still ovulate. Have 2 kids already. Youngest 3. Came of pill in nov fell pregnant in dec but mc in jan. As explained above had 4/5 days slightly lighter period just praying I still ovulate. 🤞

I'm not really sure on the BBT as I haven't used it yet but I believe when your temp rises three days in a row after a peak ovulation test that means that you've ovulated?? Don't quote me on that...🤣
