Hello!
I had my son in December and my periods came back 6 weeks later. This is the first cycle I have been properly tracking, taking my temperature and I was going to use OPK's later in the cycle.
My baby was sleeping through the night although the last couple of days he's wanted feeding at around 2am.

I went to bed at 11pm. At 2:15am my temp was 35.95. My baby was up until probably just before 3am. I checked my temp again at 7:30am which he woke up and it was 36.21. That's a massive difference!
Would you said they were both rubbish? The second temperature I would expect after I ovulated. I'm on cycle day 11 now and prior to pregnancy I always ovulated late (day 16-18).
My baby has slept through the night from 10 weeks - Sod's law as soon as I try and track he's up again! 🙈

I'd say the 7.30 temp was more accurate, probably. Did you have a proper sleep after the 2am wake?

Yes it was a pretty good sleep - I always have no problems getting back down! I plotted the 7:30 temp in. I guess we'll just have to see at the end of the cycle if there was a trend! Prior to having my son it was really easy to see when I ovulated but I know things can be funny after a baby!
Thanks for responding!
