Implantation bleeding at 5dpo??????

So just throwing this out there! I’m 5dpo today, tender breasts since 2dpo which I got last month too and is likely progesterone related. Yesterday evening I have had a small amount of light pink spotting. Just when I wiped. This morning then I had some brown (rust colour) spotting again on wiping. Very mild cramp (almost unnoticeable) Is it too early for implantation?? I’m cd24. I got a peak opk on cd18 so assumed I ovulated on the 19th. Usually my cycles are 29-31 days in length. If this is Af, she’s a week early which never happens me! I know might be nothing but can’t help but hope. TTC (trying to conceive) #1, cycle 5.
Any get BFP from a story like this?

I’m in a similar position to you, on 8DPO I saw some brown when I was wiping before going to bed that night. It has continued since then, I’m 10DPO today.

My cycle is very regular and I usually spot 2 days before AF but never this early. Hoping it is a good sign!

@Slippingcareer Thanks for your reply. I’ve had tiny amounts again today, again only when I wipe! Can’t help googling all day 🙈 every website says the same thing, it may or may not be! I’m so impatient and just want an answer. When are you thinking of testing? Is it your first ttc?

@kate890 I’m trying to conceive number 2, and this is cycle 7. I conceived my first child on cycle 2 so all this stress and waiting is new to me.

AF is due Saturday, plan was to test Wednesday with a FRER. However they’ve been delayed in the post. I found a clearblue test this evening and tested with it and got BFN which I knew I would. Raging I wasted the test so early.

When are you going to test?

I’ve heard clear blue may not detect pregnancy early though so don’t lose hope yet! Fx for your frer on Wednesday.
I’m hoping to hold off until Saturday and I’ll be 11dpo at that stage. But have cheapies and 2 frer in the drawer so could easily cave earlier 🙈

@kate890 I didn’t even test the last 2 months, I just waited for AF, but this unusual spotting has my head wrecked this month.

I haven’t even told my husband about it as I don’t want to get his hopes up.

The waiting is a killer!

Hi! I'm in a similar situation.

TTC #1 cycle 3. 9dpo today and af due on Sunday.
Last night I went to the loo at 11pm and had pink blood when I wiped. I never get spotting, ever!

This morning no blood yet but I have a slight dragging sensation but hardly noticeable. Boobs are really sore and full however the past few months this has been happening more.

Googling as well but hoping this was implantation bleed. I'm going to test on Saturday with a fr as this was meant to be my wedding day so if it is what I hope it is then it will be the best news xx

I tested last month even though I knew af was coming, expected the bfn so it sped up the process for me. This month I’m far more hopeful 🤞I told my hubby about the spotting, explained what it COULD be and he has totally ran with it 🙈 He’s so excited so would be devastated if it’s not!
Are you still spotting? Mine has pretty much gone away now again, last seen a little this morn.

@mamawannabe Fingers crossed you had IP! Sorry about tour wedding day not going ahead, would be lovely to have a bfp on Saturday!! 💗 And your wedding day will be extra special when it goes ahead!

No my spotting has pretty much stopped too. My FRER’s finally arrived this morning so I tested but it’s 100% negative, which given I’m 11DPO, I think it means I’m out.

I’m out. BFN at 12DPO as well as all the usual PMS kicking in. Started spotting again this morning which is always the case 2 days before AF.

This month has been even worse than the others as the unusual spotting really made me get my hopes up.

Hopefully you are both still in which a chance.

So following on from the pink blood at night I had continued spotting the flowing two days but it was a brown discharge and only on my knickers so not too much.

Yesterday morning I had cramping, sort of a dull ache and I had to get a hot water bottle to help. Unusual for me as I never normally get much cramping when AF is here. I felt really rubbish yesterday, headache in the afternoon but that could have been from being on my lap top all day and then in the morning I was eating a chocolate flap jack and it make me feel really sick!

Still have my fingers crossed. 11 DPO today, will text Saturday morning xx

Thought I would add my BT chart see if anyone can notice. It's still waiting for my ovulation to submit however my clear blue ovulation test said it was either cycle day 14/15. On cycle day 22 my temperature dropped (the circled) and then the following evening was when I had the pink blood. Holding this is also the implantation dip!

What are your thoughts? I often get my hopes up each month but never being have I had so many symptoms! Xx

I’m 9dpo today and I tested this morning and got a bfn! I know it’s still early, prob shouldn’t have even tested yet but I caved! I’m still holding out hope though!
I had very similar spotting to you, pink at first then brown for 2 days!
Oh I really don’t know about temp testing at all sorry! I can see where it dropped though and funny how it coincided with the spotting the next day! Stay hopeful!! 🤞

Don't worry about the BFN still early to test so give it a few more days.
How are your other symptoms doing? Have you seen anything else?

I had it even heavier than that and thought it was my period, I'm now holding my 3 week old!

Yeah will give it longer before I test again, although I don’t trust myself, could take a notion at any stage! 😂 My boobs are sore but get that anyway before af! Apart from the mild cramps, nothing else, any little twinge i notice but they only normal twinges 😂😂

Just did my test and it was a BFN! Absolutely gutted as I was sure that this month was the month with the spotting and nausea! So weird!

My app has also changed and now says my period isn't due until Monday which is odd as it's never done that before.

So annoyed!
