Hi, I've just started back on the contraceptive pill, I took it on the first day of my period and the instructions say that this would protect me from pregnancy straight away. I have taken the last tablet today so will be due my withdrawal bleed in the next few days, but I am feel really sick today, and smells are making me feel worse. Its only been about 3 weeks since my period as I started the pill on the first day. I have 3 children already and this is how I felt with them although I was never actually sick. I have had lose bowl movements for a while but didn't really think of this before now. Is it possible that I could be pregnant? Feel that it would be too early to take a test.

You could be pregnant if you've had diarrhoea. I would be inclined to get one of the very sensitive early testing kits available so that you know one way or another, and can decide what is best for your family, if you are pregnant.

Do you not think it would be too early to take a test? My last period started 3 weeks ago today.
Thank you for your response
