worried about v slight spotting on day 20

Hi, been ttc for 5 years!

I noticed a spot of brown discharge on my underwear yesterday but that was it. It occurred a week after ovulation but it can't be an 'implantation bleed' as I am experiencing my usual prementrual symtoms, breast tenderness, softening of the muscles in pelvic area (since had c-section, my mucsles in that area don't seem to want to stretch much post ov so I can feel it)

I am a bit worried as to what this might be. I have experienced spotting before but only after bd night before which I have been told can be due to slight irritation of the cervix. No bd this time and to be quite honest and a bit scared to now!

tried to get informatio of the internet about 'midcycle spotting' but this isn't really mid cycle spotting as my af is due day 27/28. The spotting mentioned on these sites seem to be more prolonged and on a monthly basis.

am I worrying unnecessarily or should I see my GP

p.s it was so slight I wouldn't have noticed it all it wasn't wearing white underwear (sorry if tmi)

If it helps at all I had all the symptoms of pre af for a week before I even considered I could be pg - turned out I was! Early pg signs can include breat tenderness and cramping as with the start of af.

If you have had spotting as well you might want to consider an early pg test.
