Let's all intro ourselves again...so people can use the top of the thread as a quick reference to where we are at and maybe find some cycle buddies - everyone welcome to join the madhouse of the June 2020 bus x

Ladies, I'll catch up the thread later, I woke up with the most terrible headache, got some crepes for ds a mode of breakfast, and manage to get out of bed after noon, defrost some rice with chicken for ds lunch, I only managed a couple of sips of water, I feel so ill

I am starting to feel better, I managed some toast, I am only cd 11 ovulation expected tomorrow, I don't normally get even annoying headaches, couldn't get up

I managed to catch up with you all, af due on the 10th of June,

Urgh promised myself I wouldn't symptom spot this month ... 1 day after ovulation over here (I think?!) and I'm alreeeeeady like ' I feel sick' is this a sign 🙈 I never learn!

I've told my closest friend that we are TTC and that was it until OH blurted it to his brother. When we've been questioned before, we've always said we wanted my step sons to be 100% settled with me in their lives because they take priority. Luckily I won them over quite quickly after we regained access to them so now it's just nature standing in our way!

@Cocoblue22 yep, just standard olive oil, I put it on with one of the brushes you get with lash extensions before bed. With my brows, it didn't really help so I have just started with castor oil instead... It may be that it didn't help because they are beyond help because yep, I literally had a line of individual hairs left 😂 when I went for my first wax and tint, she was like "Love, there's nothing here to wax or tint!"

@Skip86 yay, a buddy for the 33 club. I'm an 87 baby as you'll have guessed from my screen name. The turning point for my brows was seeing pictures of me without a fringe, and realising how big my teeny brows made me forehead appear 😂

@Minster2012 AF due 21st June for me, so waaaaaay off still!

We're saving a little during Lockdown - I had just managed to get out of my overdraft in March, so not having bank charges (although they froze them, thank you Covid) and not commuting has given us a little extra to stash away. But agree with those who say their food bill is through the roof... I have never snacked so much in my life 😂 over the Easter break, I was starting work before the kids got up, and stealth eating their easter eggs for breakfast #sorrynotsorry

Oh ok @Franklydear glad nothing too sinister then! I'm a day behind you, think I'll ovulate cd12 which will be thurs for me. Still waiting for my smiley.

@Mococo1 hmm that's interesting about your friend. I feel like at least with there being less of a chance, I'm not obsessing as much. Last month, cycle 1, I was convinced I would be pg and was mad symptom spotting and testing early. Baby #2 was conceived first month trying so I think that gave me false confidence 😂

@LV1987 I'm actually 34 in two days, but sshhh don't tell anyone 🤫

@Skip86 I'm already 34 (March '86 baby) it's not that bad 😉 although I thought I would be pregnant by now! 😩 have in my head that I need to have given birth before I hit 35 so it really needs to work this month lol! And happy birthday to you for two days time!! 🥳

@notyetamummybuttrying, doesn't seem too sinister, feels like my friend description of her migraines, but I don't get them, scared the shit out of DH, he called from work as no messages before lunch, to an out of body voice that I can't get up...
We haven't told anyone about TTC, because we had one ds in a happy healthy window, then difficulties came back, and still here but at 42 and 44, we have decided is now or never, never doesn't sit well with us, so here we are, in our circle, everybody accepted this is it, so they don't even ask any more

@TTCgee Im the same 🙈 ww my back hurts, Im preggers! 🤣 But reality is I woke up too late to go for a morning dog walk before sitting at my table 😒

@blodyn91 No dress yet, had 6 appointments booked around my birthday at the end of April for my mam and I to go try find the one but they all got cancelled 😭 Some places are starting to take bookings again from June so gonna hop on the band wagon and get some booked!!

Didn't realise how much we spend on going out and socialising, all savings going straight into wedding fund so it's been great!!

@Mococo1 I would take it as the start of your fertile window just incase you miss it and to from there and see what else happens!

@LV1987 omg someone else who's just managed to get out of their overdraft! I got paid wrong last month so got a back payment this month and managed to get out of my overdraft for now but will see how this month goes. I haven't asked for many payment holidays as I'm still being paid but taken a couple so I can catch up on certain payments

Hey everyone,

I was mainly a lurker on the May bus, and have been lurking around here too. To summarise, I was on the implant for 3 years, removed it in March. Had a bleed straight after removal which I suppose was withdrawal bleed, and then two cycles since, one 33 days long and last month’s was 26, so still unsure of cycle lengths and regularity. I’m currently on CD17, 5DPO and AF predicted on Friday the 5th, according to flo.
We were not supposed to actively try this month, as a February due date isn’t ideal, but we decided to not “not try” either, if that makes sense. We’re both 36, and can never really know what will happen, and when the due date will fall. I have a 19yo daughter, had her at 17 as an accident, but the best thing that happened in my life. She was born premature at 32 weeks. I also had a MMC about 10 years ago, found out there was no heartbeat during an early scan. They are from a previous relationship so now trying my first with OH.

We’re being relaxed as if it happens, happens. So far I am learning as much as I can, as both previous BFP were unplanned, and getting to know my body after years of contraceptive. I’ve noticed that I definitely get OV pains and bloating, as well as increased libido and some EWCM. My main symptoms post OV have been fuller breasts and tingly nipples.

I didn’t pay much attention to fertile week this month, but we usually have sex a couple of days during the week and then usually Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Unless something happens, like OH getting a bad sunburn on his legs this bank holiday weekend 🙄😂.

@wildbutterfly welcome! Think you're taking the best method to relax and see how it goes- now you've said due date feb isn't ideal I bet this is your month!

@tccgee this is going to be me in two weeks 'Im going to feel a pms twinge and convince myself it's the embryo implanting so I must be pregnant don't think any of us learn do we hah 🤣 x

At what point do you start using opk's in your cycles? A few days before you expect ovulation? X

My husband is currently sanding our door im sat in the sun watching him. Is it weird this turns me on a bit haha! Love watching him fix things it’s so manly haha x

@Mococo1 oh good point about saving money on holidays - we had THREE weddings abroad this year and all but one have so far been cancelled. That is going to save us so much money, especially if the third one is as well as it's meant to be in India!

@33Carr yeah my OPKs are showing readings of zero. Although looking at my tests for March they were Low until CD11 (ie today for me) where they showed as a faint line yet somehow registered as a super low "high" at 18 on femometer. Then BAM on CD12 I had a blazing peak at 165. So we could still have a peak tomorrow? I have a feeling my earlier one today was really diluted so will test again tonight.

@SmileyT how are your OPKs coming along?

@cocoblue22 same love it when he fixes stuff round and house and watching mine take the initiative to clean up does it for me too 🤣 starting to think I'm turned on by everything this month lool !

@newbie9 yeah start a good few days before you expect to Ovulate as the surge means ovulation is due in the next 24-48 hours. If you know your cycle length the below from good old google may help 😬

Hi @Cocoblue22! @lucyrp I might! 😂 AF was about a week earlier last month, than the previous cycle, so I didn’t even have time to obsess. I surely won’t be testing before I’m definitely late, the thought of a CP is heartbreaking. Sorry about yours, as I saw you mentioned earlier.
I had very distinctive symptoms, especially nausea, with both previous pregnancies, so I’ve always said I would know for sure if I get pregnant again. But I never tracked in the past.

@juno321 Yeah I'm doing another OPK later tonight so hoping that will be darker. Still DTD nearly everyday so we shall see! Got a sudden bout of nausea that's lingering this afternoon though, don't know if it's related to ovulation or if the risky milk I've been drinking all day was a bad move 😂😂 I'll update my OPK sitstionater around 7pm! Fingers crossed yours gets darker!
