New to mumsnet, TTC cycle 1 club Thread 2

Thank you @Peach1204, I'm only on my first cycle of ttc but I'm now in the TWW, 1DPO so keeping my fingers crossed I get some good news soon, just found out my honeymoon flights have been cancelled today so really hoping for some more positive news which will take my mind off other things xx

@katieg200394 oh no, that's rubbish about your honeymoon but equally better to be safe. Where were you going? Xxx

@Vil10 yes it is, just thought I'd start a new one for us all as we maxed out the thread xx
@Peach1204 that's true, better safe than sorry, we were going to Canada on the 14th September for 2 weeks but it'll all have to be changed now, hoping I can get pregnant before then so we have something else to look forward to and we could always go later on at another time, ttc is a much bigger priority for us now xx

@KatieG200394 aww Canada would be amazing! We wanted to do that trip and then try but we decided to put the trip to the back of our minds for now as going on that trip would push TTC back a couple of years. It's still my excuse when people ask when are we having a baby (because you know it's just that easy!) 🤞🏻for BFP soon! Xxx

@Peach1204 I know, I hate it when people ask, I always just use the wedding as our excuse, "not until after the wedding"...
They really don't know how difficult it could be, I'll keep my fingers crossed for our BFP's soon xx

@KatieG200394 unfortunately I think people are just programmed that way. There's always questions about the future. If all goes well and we have a baby I'm sure it will then be when are you having number 2! Xxx

@Gsr14 how are you doing? We were right along the same timeline, right? I'm 8DPO today.

@jules5232 hey! Sorry I’ve been quiet on here recently, this month I’ve taken the extra laid back approach and tried my hardest to not think about anything ttc related.

Today I’m 9dpo and not feeling any symptoms. I should be due on in around a week so not going to test and just wait for af to come.

If not successful then will be really strict next month!
