TTC after MC - June 2020

I'm 31 TTC #1 after a MC in March this year, AF has just finished and I'm on CD6 and all ready to go for my 2nd full cycle.

This month I will be tracking with opks, CB connected, BBT and following SMEP plan.

Also, @WellHurrahAndHuzzah , don't worry about the weekend. It's really hard to stick to it when you don't know definitively whether you are pregnant or not.

@WellHurrahAndHuzzah i don't think you can avoid everything while you don't know if you are pregnant. What about eating unpasteurized cheese or sushi etc ? I would not worry about it now. And when will you test ?

I'm anxiously waiting for ovulation... hopefully it happens because after first miscarriage I did not ovulate due to high HCG almost to beginning of my next menstruation. This time it was earlier in pregnancy and I don't have HCG showing on pregnancy tests anymore, so I think we are good to go 😅

Where are you ladies in your cycle ? Who is testing this week ?

I'm 8dpo and will be testing on Friday although I have been getting a lot of cramps so thinking AF is going to arrive before that !!, I've only got IC tests and won't be getting a FRER as I've spent way too much already in the AVA and all the other vitamins etc I have bought x

I've got cramps too @Dipsy77 and tight legs which I get before af but really trying to keep faith.

Where do people buy their cheap(er) FRER's from as they are so expensive in the shops 😫
And do we prefer FRER over CB?

@Jazper the FRERS ARE £7.90 on amazon and you can use subscribe and save so you can get extra discount I did that last month x

Fingers crossed for ovulation @hopeforrainbowbaby, it's pretty stressful right? I have never got a positive on those cheapie pee sticks but did get a positive on CB digital this month

Hey how is everyone doing? I'm currently 3dpo and suddenly feeling knackered but I did have a busy day at work. Plus side is that the days go quicker, DP is on nights so means have way too much googling time in the evening once he leaves though 🤦🏾‍♀️

I haven't bought any FRER but OH found them on amazon for £13.50 for 4 which i thought was pretty reasonable xx

I've just had a little (massive) cry, my cousin who I knew was expecting announced today that she is having a girl and using a name that I love aswell. It's completely taken the wind out of me today. Next month, July 14th I would have been due if I didn't MC 😔. Just didn't expect to feel like this today.

@VP91x I’m so sorry this happened today, definitely hits you like a tonne of bricks.
Remember it will happen for you, and you can have exclusive time that’s all yours to get excited. Totally know what you mean, names and stuff feel like a strange thing to get upset over, but it all means something. So don’t feel bad for feeling sad.

@VP91x ahh I'm so sorry lovely but I'm really hoping you have a bun in the oven by then and although it will still be a sad day you will also be hopeful for the future of your rainbow ❤️ it's totally okay to be sad and things can really knock us off our feet even when we are expecting them. Yes planning on testing on the 11th but already thinking maybe the 10th 🙈

@VP91 sorry to hear ur having a down day and please take some hope from me, i prayed and prayed id be pregnant before my due date which is Sunday and i am, just manifest the idea and it will happen for u oh and Dtd alot obviously 🙏🌈💖💙

I had my blood results back and all ok 👌🏼 my hcg level on which would have been 17dpo was 2208miu which seems very high compared to last time at that stage i think it was around 612miu on looking back at my records but not 💯 sure...now im thinking jesus is there 2 in there? Time will tell, 1st scan on monday morning ... im so god damn nervous and wishing the week away x x

@VP91x aww sorry to hear that. It’s awful isn’t it. I’m so happy for my friend that’s due the same day as I would have. I couldn’t even bring myself to attend her birthday this week cause seeing her bump would kill me. Hopefully this month is our month and you will have a bun in the oven before your due date xx

I'm currently 1dpo and will try DTD tonight.... we haven't been able to the last 2 nights but DTD Saturday and Sunday. Hoping it will be enough. Haven't been testing or taking anything. Going for a very relaxed approach and will see how things go.

@VP91x no I’m not furloughed, but very distracted working from home. I think I need the routine of going to the office etc to take my mind of it. The MC happened just before lockdown so my boss knows and he’s been amazing. So that helps.
Might start going in one or two days soon to keep me occupied. Just can’t believe how slow time goes, especially the TWW. But I have long cycles, so...😴😴🥱🥱

Know what you mean about the names. I have one boy and one girl one and I’m dreading my sister use one of them. It’s the little things sometimes.

@Hayleylou89 I'm on CD 8. The bleeding stopped two days ago so can start with DTD.
Do you also have names for babies ?

@1990EM thank you for the message. Feeling better today, not great, but better. Which is pretty good going as I got an email earlier saying my flight had been cancelled. It’s not until end of July so feels slightly premature of them to cancel. No summer holiday this year. But it’s an incredibly minor issue of a major pandemic. Just have to hope UK’s August is as sunny as May was.

Could really do with some happy news. Anyone had any positive pees today?!?

Hi ladies, I'm joining from the May group. Ttc #1. Had a MMC on the 23rd of March, period took 6 weeks to return however, my Hcg level only went to negative last week. So in total, HCG took 9 weeks to drop. I started ttc as soon as the bleeding stopped from my mc, but with no luck. I'm hoping that now that the Hcg has finally dropped, I have a better chance of conceiving this month.

I'm currently on cd28 (14dpo) no period, lots of bfns. Just waiting for AF to show up. I have two different apps giving me two different dates for when AF is due so I guess I just have to wait it out.

@VP91x I'm so sorry that you had a rough day. I had a similar experience a couple weeks ago. It feels like a giant punch. And then I ended up beating myself up about not being able to get it together. It's the little things that just pull the rug out from underneath us isn't it? I hope you are feeling a bit better❤️
