After some advice or just some sympathy!

TTC since I was 36 now 40.had two miscarriages- should have a three week old now- and feeling fed up,resentful and jealous. I'm under consultant care and all the tests are clear. Awaiting and hsg but delayed.

I'm fed up of temping and tracking and comparing graphs and trying to understand my cycle. I really want a baby but feel to old now.

Does any one have any advice both practical and emotional.

ill keep you company :)
Im in a similar boat in that Im 41 and came off BC 4 years ago. But ive not had any signs of a PG at all! The fertility Dr told me 2 years ago just to give it up- that Id had too many birthdays! I tried to just accept that and to enjoy my life as it is. However, last month I decided that I should not have accepted that. There are loads of things I can try. And Im going to give it my best shot for a few months at least. I can at least feel that I tried everything!
Started taking Vitex, Q10 and using preseed after much googling research. CD 16 and had ovulation cramps in my right side yesterday.
So - lets cross our fingers and toes and keep on trying Grin

Hello @cleo20. that's awful for the Dr to say that- hopefully they said it tactfully!

I am CD8. I have started temping using the premom app. Supplements are interesting as i do not take any at present. not sure I want to interfere with my cycle- no idea why i think that!!! How much of each do you take? I've looked at SMEP too.

Keeping everything crossed for us

I started taking ubiquinol (q10) as it is supposed to improve egg quality. Although it takes a few months apparently. the vitex is supposed to regulate your hormones. At this point - Id just about try anythingSmile I take folic acid and vit D3 also. sounds like a lot but as I said I am just going to throw everything at it for a while. i dont use opks or temp but i think i have a good indication of when i ovulate and my cycle is regular. i just need to find the missing piece of the puzzle....... i have to be due a bit of luck eventually Grin
too early for symptom spotting
fingers crossed for us both
