Hi all Smile

We've been TTC for 13 months and have gradually been stepping up how hard we've been trying!

I've started looking at trying more supplements (I've been taking folic acid & vit D the whole time) but I'm so confused! Can anyone recommend a good all round supplement to take? I've also heard that taking probiotics to improve gut health can improve fertility?

I've also looked at improving my diet further (I've already cut back on alcohol and caffeine, although not given up completely). I've read lots of advice about different "super fertility" foods like maca root, bee pollen, Royal jelly, green powder, whey powder. Does anybody have any advice!?

Thanks 😘

I moved on to Proceive Max for women (and they also do a mans one) designed for women (or men!) over 35 or who have been trying over 12 months- it's the only one I've come across in 8 years of TTC with the most "stuff" on it so you don't have to take lots of different pills.

It is expensive but I usually buy it on offer at Holland and Barratt or Boots (usually £50 but can often get for £30)

Also lots of people complain about the taste (I don't mind it!) - it comes in a sachet but don't add to just water - add to juice!

I top your with 500mg of royal jelly tablets and 300mg ubquinol but I have history of recurrent miscarriages and am also doing IVF
