Hello! Hope it's ok if I follow this thread- this is our first month trying SMEP. Are there any suggestions for what ovulation strips to use?

We’re onto cycle 8 ttc! I’m on cycle day 12 and heading into my fertile week! Hoping smep works for us this month.

I’ve been using the easy @ home opks from amazon, there’s an app that you use with them and I find them quite good 😊

I'm using the one step ovulation strips :) they seem to work perfectly for me.

Hey! I’m following SMEP For the first time this month TTC #1 and got my smiley on CB OPK today which was CD18 we dtd last night, this morning and will dtd tomorrow and Monday too.. then miss Tuesday and dtd Wednesday to finish the SMEP.. although I don’t think I can go from 20th for potentially 2.5 weeks without dtd if AF shows so we will definitely be doing it a few more times at end of cycle! Our first month properly TTC, I was on the pill for years until December and we stopped using protection in April. I’m 29, he’s 27 & AF due around 30th May. Nice to meet you all!

@Littlebee1990 welcome :) this is my our first baby too! Please keep us posted with how you get on :) I'm excited to try it! My cycles have been up the left since I came off the pill, the last few have been more normal so here's hoping! We are wrong the same age - my hubby and I are both 27 :)
