BBT newbie advice please :)

I am having an exceptionally long cycle, I thought I'd already ovulated on day 23 as had a smiley on my cb digi after 4 days of flashing. I did OPKs at the same time which were all negative so I think my CB may have been wrong.

Fast forward to day 45! I started BBT for the first time on day 38 and got some more OPKs which I started on day 43 which indicted an huge LH surge on day 43 which has now gone down and stayed down, after putting all this info into my premom app it predicted my ovulation day was yesterday, but my BBT hasn't risen this morning.

Do you think I haven't ovulated yet, or may ovulate today? Which would be 48 hours after LH peak - is that possible?

You can have an LH surge without actually ovulating. I think you need 3 days of temp rise to confirm ovulation has happened. I'm having a very similar cycle this month and think I finally ovulated on CD44.
