CD25 - 11dpo - testing at the weekend 😬

@Dreaming101 I went to a hormone specialist and she told me the same thing. It’s to keep our livers warm. Plus fresh ginger tea in the mornings is good for women’s fertility.

I sleep with my socks on cos my feet are always so cold 😂@Dreaming101 I have heard this recently though, good to hear someone else say it too!

@Noble89 had the longest day at work but luckily I was so busy it flew by. My DP said the same thing about a timeframe, when I'm being logical I think the same, we kinda had the idea of being pregnant by August before investigating further but I just feel so impatient sometimes 😩 how you feeling this afternoon?

Oh girls I just couldn’t help myself. I did a digital test there and it said “not pregnant”. My DH is going mad lol he just doesn’t understand why I had to POAS in the afternoon knowing it was diluted urine lol. He said I’m not allowed to test now until Sunday as I’m driving us both crazy!!!! I am still only 11dpo.

Please tell me this is normal and I should just go back to this mornings faint line as good news??

@SmileyT Sometimes having a little rant helps 😂 I'm good I'm on CD4, still got AF so I'm in the timeframe of things are great before the dreaded TWW comes 🙈 I just cant wait until Monday to get the CB out to start seeing these smiley faces. Feeling positive & calm (so far) 🙄

@Kodasmom Digitals are less sensitive apparently so just think positive lovely. No denying your test from this morning 💜 save the digitals for around AF time X

@KRK05 glad you are feeling positive and calm 🧘‍♀️ what day are you expecting ovulation? Any idea?

@Kodasmom yeah Sunday sounds like a good plan, once you have a positive test I think it's best to wait a few days then test again otherwise you can drive yourself mad 😕

32 this year and I've just seen my first ever BFN, wasn't as bad as I thought maybe because I knew it was coming, oh well onto the next cycle, I've already been watching the June bus 🤪

@SmileyT oh that sucks mate. Honestly don't get yourself down (I know that's easier said than done). You know you can conceive and it's really unusual to get lucky cycle one so just treat this as a practice round and onto the next. Mind saying that, you're never out till AF shows so you never know.

I feel very meh. I'm over the not knowing and constant obsessing. No one wants to see AF or a BFN but in a weird way it can be a relief from all the symptom spotting and wondering if you're pregnant every minute of the day. I really don't think I am pregnant so honestly I'd rather just have that confirmed so I can move onto the next cycle.

I've had a weird afternoon too. DP and I DTD this afternoon and I had spotting after and again this afternoon and now I have quite bad cramping and it's really freaking me out 😭

For any ladies that use the Clearblue digital OPK, I got a blank circle (as was just testing it out) but I have one dark line and one faint line. I’m probably trying to convince myself but they don’t detect pregnancy do they?

@J0DI3 no they don't detect pregnancy, they detect oestrogen and lh unfortunately.

@Dreaming101 @notyetamumbuttrying really hoping you aren't joining me but would be good to have some familiar names in there.

@Noble89 bit of afternoon delight I love that, but is strange about the spotting, have you ever had that before? Are the cramps like AF cramps or something else? Do you think it could be pg related? The not knowing is the worst definitely feel better taking the test and then just having to accept it. This is going to be a bloody journey but glad I met ya along the way.

Also I casually fell down the stairs after I saw the negative and then cried for about 30minutes DP compensated me with sooo many shnacks 😂

@SmileyT had to happen. I'm running out of things to pass the time 😂. Like AF cramps but not as bad. It's just freaked me out as I've never had that before and obviously after the molar I have major cancer anxieties and immediately thought I had cervical cancer. I've realised that's now a tad dramatic after a single bout of spotting but it's just made me uneasy. Totally with you mate, were in this together now!

Omg snacks are fabulous. My OH calls me Snacky Chan as we have to have a full on snack draw and I am militant about keeping it stocked. Sometimes I can't go to sleep without a bedtime snack so I have to take something up with me every night😂.

@Dreaming101 100% the waiting is the worst part. I can deal with a BFN, it's not what I want but it's only cycle one. Really I can't wait for this cycle to be over one way or another. Where are you in your cycle?

@Noble89 if I’m honest I have no idea where I am!! The app I use along with the ovulation sticks says cycle day 30 which does check out. I had a LH peak on CD 21 and then another on CD27 which was the highest so far. My cycle last month was the first natural cycle since stopping the pill and it was 28 days in total🤦🏽‍♀️

@Noble89 haha Snacky Chan I love that 😂 yeah the jump from spotting to Cervical cancer is quite a leap but I did watch working moms and decide that I had lymphoma or peri-menopause because I sweated in the night so at least you're not alone with these thoughts. How you feeling this morning? Did you do another FRER? I'm ready to get work out of the way my period to start this weekend and to just get going again x

@SmileyT it's just unusual for me to spot and when I woke up today I'm still getting a BFN @ 11dpo so pretty sure I'm out and maybe it's AF starting early 😭.

100% if I'm not pregnant I just want to get on with cycle 2

Hello! I’m new here. I’m 29 and I turn 30 this year. My DH (darling husband) and I have been TTC (trying to conceive) for a year with no luck. 3/4 of that year was spent with him working offshore but he now is home for good. I have no bio children and no known fertility issues. It gets frustrating when I feel like I’m doing everything as far as opks to make sure we have sex before during and after ovulation. I got a strong positive ovulation test on May 8th so according to my app today is 6dpo. I’m really praying and hoping this is my month

Welcome @Attybae I think you’ll find this thread really useful as I have! We can all tell you not to get too carried away with symptom spotting and testing to early but honestly I think it’s a natural response to something that just feels so far out of your control. I found that to be the hardest part of my first pregnancy! You just assume you can have a baby when you’re ready but life just doesn’t like us to be in control I don’t think 🤔 I wish you all the luck in the world and as today is still early days I hope you start to feel/see something over the course of the next few weeks and we will all be here for you to lean on. @SmileyT @Noble89 just catching up on the thread and I’m relating to everything you girls are saying. I did another cheap strip test at 10dpo yesterday and it’s still doing the weird faint line. I’m convinced I’ve just had 6 Evaps now but I think they’re still luring me into a false sense of hope 😖 I feel if I just had a certain BFN then id be slightly reprieved but I’m having so many weird symptoms ?! Im not one to symptom spot but I’m very in tune with my body and I usually only get AF cramps which feel almost like a hollow sensation in my tummy - I’m but I’ve had twinges and sharp lower back pains, also very sore boobs which I have never had any other time in my life deffo not a regular thing for me to have! So god knows!! For now I have genuinely forced DH to hide the FRERs from me because I told him I have no self control. AF is due Monday at latest from what I predict so I’m just forcing him to keep them and not to give them to me until Monday. It’s gonna be a looooong weekend 😳 (especially since DS has been screaming for chocolate since 6am) 🤣

Morning all! So before bed last night when I wiped I had brown spotting...I was 12dpo yesterday and tested that morning and got bfn. Af is due Sunday, I never spot 3 days before it so now my brain is thinking that could have been a late implantation?? I have one more FRER to use so I'll save that and use it tomorrow morning because if I did implant yesterday 48 hours should be enough to detect hcg. I feel like I'm just clinging onto a thin string here but my cramps have been wild this month and started about 8 days before af due date. I've had the pressure lower down too. Any already mums felt similar before?

@notyetamumbuttrying I had pressure at beginning of the week, real low down, eased a bit now, I got my positive on 10dpo but two days before that I had some spotting 🤷‍♀️ ill keep everything crossed for you!
