Regular period pain one week before AF due

Hi everyone , I’ve been ttc for a year with two mmc and one chemical. Have one dd and trying to give her a sibling.
I have been charting and realise at about 8dpo but sometimes earlier I get AF pains which last all day everyday until AF arrives.
I don’t have endometriosis. Anyone else had this and know what it is ??

hello, sorry i know this is an old thread, but i have exactly the same issue - started having a week of period pains before AF arrives. had a miscarriage and chemical last year too and been trying for a while but no luck since, just wondering if you ever found out what the issue was? i haven't been diagnosed with endo either but that's all that seems to come up when I google!
