Hey ladies I am 1dpo today I believe! After finally getting a negative opk! After five positives!

Anyone want to join the symptom spotting crazy train? Xx

I'm 7/8dpo today, still no symptoms whatsoever temps still going up, think that's normally starts to drop back down about 9dpo

I'm 34 this year and I really didn't think it would take this long it's been a year next month :( I caught in my first month too but it didn't take :( x

I'm actually sleeping better than I have been. My temperature shot back up today. I'm not expecting this month to be successful. Just be interesting to see my BBT charts develop over the next few months to see if I actually ovulate

@Hopingtobelucky oh, I'm sorry to hear that, must have been really hard ☹️ but as frustrating as it is at least something is happening! It will work, I have faith for you! 🙏🏻 have you talk to the doc yet about all this? What's IC btw?

Same here, 8 dpo and temp keep rising but yea I think that's normal so far, last month my bbt started dropping at 10 dpo so I would expect to see it dropping tomorrow or after tomorrow. I'm just praying it doesn't 🙏🏻😣

Same for me! Temp normally starts dropping about 9 dpo until a big drop day before AF So maybe if it stays high it's a good sign. I'm due Tuesdays/Wednesday next week so may test Monday if it stays high? How about you? X

Ah! I don't think I'll have the patience to wait til Monday 🤣 if it stays up at 10 dpo I'll probably test the same day, just to kill the wait lol

But don't have any symptoms yet, not even tender boobs, I usually start to have them few days before af is due... I had loads of symptoms last month, and a tiny streak of blood at 7dpo + my very faint line (but still convinced it was just an evap) but this month apart from a bit of backache, nothing as bad as usual, and light stomach cramps, I really have no symptoms...

@lilypad88 I know same here, I have nothing I could even symptom spot at!!! It's still early though I guess average is 9dpo for implantation which means you wouldn't have any symptoms till 10DPO anyway, I feel like I already know I'm out this month though... I think my boobs normally hurt from 9dpo when temp starts dropping.... when is 10DPO for you?? X

@AnxiousAnnie86 mine dropped for 2 days and now it is back on the rise. Sunday night I did have the fan on all night so wonder if that played a part. My app is telling me about implantation dip? I'm not convinced this is our (me and OH) month. Fingers crossed for you x

@AnxiousAnnie86 yea, I guess you're right still early days.. but I see myself out already as well just because I have a shorter luteal phase so I would expect implantation to have happened a bit sooner.. but not sure if shorter luteal phase makes any difference with implantation, just assuming 😆 10 dpo in 2 days! Finally seeing the end of it, that's the only good thing about having a 10-11 days luteal phase lol

Morning ladies, my temp dropped this morning after a good rise yesterday. I’ve had backache and cramps yesterday afternoon/evening. My pelvic area feels uncomfortable and full if that makes sense.

It looks like you've all been tracking your BBT. I've never done that, might be something to look into. I don't always sleep great & always up at different times so don't think it'll be accurate.
This is the second day I'm feeling abit tender in womb area. So feels like mild AF discomfort.

The only thing different for me is I feel my skin is really bad today, it's been so good recently but woken up this morn and feel like I'm breaking out!

Do any of you ladies drink coffee? I can't function without it in the morning and drink 2 mugs in the morning currently (but don't really finish the second one) I was reading in another thread about the effects of caffeine and fertility. When I'm normally working in the office (furloughed atm) I can easily drink 5-6 mugs a day! I also am a sucker for an energy drink but haven't had one for a while.

I had my dna tested a few years ago and on results it said I had an extremely high caffeine threshold (I could drink an espresso before bed and fall straight asleep haha)

It also said I had the gene for twins 😱

I've woken up with really sore nipples. Only 3DPO though so a bit early. Can't help but symptom spot.

@lydia771 I would probably limit it to 1-2 ThAts what I've been trying to do as I've heard it can affect implantation and your only supposed to have one a day when pregnant, that reminds me! The last time I was pregnant I went off coffee completely! That was my first symptom, I love coffee and have one first thing everyday but I just didn't want it at all! X

I've been trying to cut down on caffeine too x

@Suki2020 not a big drop, you're still on the high side. When is your af due?

@lydia771 haha congrats!  yea I's probably reduce it to one a day, my gp said 1-2 cup in the morning is fine. I personally stop taking caffeine as soon as I ovulated.
Oh wouahh twins would be amazing! In my ideal world I'd love boy/girl twins 😍

@imhereforthecake I had sensitive nipples just after ovulation too, but now back to normal, probably hormonal changes

@lilypad88 I’m new to OPK’s this was my first month using them and I thought I had a good peak but on another thread I think mine are really low do you do OPKs?

@lydia771 I have one coffee a day still! I kept that going through pregnancy before and it didn't seem to make any difference. Everyone is different though, I just don't seem very sensitive to the caffeine and it is really the only caffeine I have in a day anyways.

@Suki2020 no, it looks good to me!! You had a clear peak, mine are usually not higher than yours, everybody is different, I wouldn't compare your numbers, the app has clearly seen it, without it I can see your peak straight away too so. Yes I use the exact same brand and app for it ^^ but I'm gonna try easy@home with Premom next time
