Hey ladies I am 1dpo today I believe! After finally getting a negative opk! After five positives!

Anyone want to join the symptom spotting crazy train? Xx

@Fluffkins14 I get a positive opk on day of AF So they are not a reliable indicator! But I did get a positive when I was pregnant before... that's absolutely no use whatsoever sorry 😂

Maybe try holding wee for four hours now with minimal fluid and take another IC? X

@AnxiousAnnie86 what is it about? I've seen a girl on another post taking opk's to check pregnancy signs? Is that an actual thing??

@lilypad88 well they say when you are pregnant a opk will turn positive, mine definitely did, however I get a positive opk when af due too xx

I know I'm crazy. I'm up before my LO to test 😂 had weird stirrings in my tummy area all last night. And as I'm over 40 just very nervous about whether it will stick.

@sk283 of course that's normal, set a day and save it for then don't use it before, her partner to hide it and just try to relax! Stress is the worst thing you can do! I am sure you will be absolutely fine!! Is this your first? X

I have one more test. So saving that for next time I feel nervous. Aiming to wait until Tuesday which is when AF is due.
I am so lucky I do have a 14 month old DS. So can't believe my luck to get a second BFP at 40+ just so bloody nervous. Hoping the anxiety settles soon.

Ugghh!! Is anyone struggling to stay asleep last few days?
I've always been a good sleeper and love my sleep but struggling to sleep past 5/6am last 2 or 3 days 🤦🏻‍♀️

I've never charted my temp. So can't help you there. With my first I used ovulation sticks. And after 3 cycles of BFN I opted to pay for a private women's fertility MOT. ( cost around £150). I was convinced my old lady eggs had shrivelled up! That showed everything was working but I had an endometrial polyp which I had removed in a minor operation and got pregnant the next cycle.

This time round we had sex a couple of times before and after I thought I'd ovulate. Which was a big effort 😂

@AnxiousAnnie86 If anything I'd say it was a good sign that it's started now, I'd have thought that means your hormones are rising still!

It's so awful isn't it - I fully expected it'd maybe take 6 months as we're in our 30s, and then after the MC the nurses/Drs and everything you read is like well you must be super fertile if you got pregnant so quickly plus you're even more so after a MC. I remember thinking I'd prob be 6 months pregnant again by my original due date, which has long been and gone now!

@Fluffkins14 that is a really strong line for 7/8DPO, fx for you this morning!

@sk283 it looks slightly darker to me - how many DPO are you today? Try not to get too anxious about the line getting darker, the tests aren't actually designed so that depth of the colour is indicative of the HCG level (even though for lots of women it seems that way), and for some women their HCG only doubles every 3 days.

I think I'm out, suddenly feels like AF is on her way already 3 days early 🙁. Best get that thermometer ordered! Which one do you ladies use? Seems like I can pay anywhere between £5 and £30 and I'm not sure why 🤔...

They reallt don't hurt that much! Which is so so strange normally I'm in agony with them by now! But my temp is dropping so think I'm out.

@Fluffkins14 I never ever sleep, but that started when I was pregnant in October last year, got reallt bad insomnia and it's never gone away!!!

@Gemster19 clearblue app is putting ovulation at 13th femometer app 14th so I'm not sure on days 🤣 IC was negative this morning my frer tests are due to arrive today going to try one of them if not face a BFN.

It still high but quite a big drop compare to yesterday... And I woke up at 6 this morning so I have 2 temp, 36.59 at 6am and 36.66 at 7am. I'm using the one I took at 7am as it's my usual time

@lilypad88 that's still high! I was told as long as it stays above coverline? Mines way above coverline and compared to where it would normally be but still following normal pattern so dunno 🤷‍♀️

How many dpo are you? Has the blue ic got a line?

@Gemster19 9 months but stopped the pill over a year ago. We are trying for first one, so it's been pretty intense and stressful so far... thank you! I'm kinda in denial still, I was really losing hope it would work naturally, I mean obviously now it needs to stick!!
