@hiddenfigure I think exercising is fine! I do bounce everyday and walk still. They say to keep active during the TWW, I think as long as you aren't going completely over that too then it will help!

@lydia771 @Suki2020 how you girls doing? My temps gone back up today? I lost a day somewhere I thought I was 9dpo yest day but it's today 🤣 x

I also have been up since 5am with heartburn?! I don't think I am going to test this month though, unless I have obvious symptoms...... will I make it 😂

@lilypad88 sorry I didn’t respond yesterday my other half hurt his back, hopefully it’s just muscular. So I spent the evening chasing doctors and getting loads of medication for him.
It can’t do any harm to ring the doctors and ask. I had bloods done at 12months off the pill which came back fine and then bloods done again at 20months which were fine again. How you feeling today?

@AnxiousAnnie86 please don't give up just yet. I ovulated on the 13th. Have had heart burn intermittently. Woke up this morning and thought f it just test and got on with your day.

Hi @AnxiousAnnie86 yeah I’m better today thanks. got a bit of a headache but I would say that’s more likely me sleeping heavy last night as I only got 4hrs night before. Glad your temp when back up that’s a good sign. Do you have any symptoms alongside your heartburn? Heartburn is horrible isn’t it, hope it goes away soon for you.

@AnxiousAnnie86 ok thanks, temp dropped a little this morning but DP decided to jump on me whilst I was still asleep earlier so not taking an accurate reading from it today. 😂

Since last night I've had sort of mild period type cramping - 7dpo so too early for that.

I feel off about exercise too. Not that I do much at all haha, but we have a gym in our garage and I try and do something at least once/twice a week but I have felt really off about it since TTC.

I've sunburnt my face yesterday on our dog walk so feeling sorry for myself today! Absolutely hate sunburn 🤢

@Suki2020 oh no :( I hope he is okay! Backache are awful!...

Yea I think I will do that, I want to have dp tested as well.

I'm okay today surprisingly! I done a frer this morning, negatif still, but my temp went back up and af due normally tomorrow, I don't get it.... but I'm not as sad as yesterday, I think I l've accepted I'm not pregnant again this month :/

Although on some pictures I feel like I see a very faint line but at this stage I'd probably see Elvis Presley too! 😂

Waiting for af now, woke up with sore boobs so I'm pretty sure it's coming soon now ^^

@AnxiousAnnie86 yeah still holding off testing as af is due between 25th-27th May. Think I have quite a long luteal phase compared to most women. Not sure if that’s a good thing or not.

@sk283 congratulations!!! Hopefully it will be a positive sign for me too! I don't normally get heart burn!

@Suki2020 I'm the same 26th/27th I think my boobs aren't sore yet they normally come the week before! But every TWW has been different for me

@Suki2020 I would think that too! My temp usually drops a couple of days before af so not sure what's happening here, but maybe because it's been soooo hot last night, I was sweating!...

Do you guys take any vitamins? Can't remember if someone asked already...

I'm thinking starting on prenatal vit, I'm only taking folic acid, vit d and omega 3 atm. I had multivit ones but not concentrated enough I find...

Why did I do a test today! 9dpo. Why do we do this too ourselves !
I'm not doing anymore until AF is due. However only yesterday I was saying how I dont have any feeling due to implants but woke up with sore boobs! Bloody mind playing tricks!

@lilypad88 be careful of multi vitamins as the ones with vitamins A are not suitable for those trying to get pregnant x

@Spinksy9 you're not on your own love! I wasn't going to test until tomorrow. But had a dream last night that I was pregnant so woke up this morning & tested on a frer, bfn. I'm only 10DPO today so was kind of expecting it anyway. Af due Sunday so if I don't get it I'll test Monday again x
