I take seven seas which has 1.4mg of b6. I also take a b6 supplement on its own which 10mg. Therefore I’m taking 11.4mg. Is this safe enough during ttc?

Everything I’m googling is giving me different safe dosages i.e 1.2mg is enough for women then 2.5My is the RDA for women. But over 100/200mg is too much.

I’m taking the extra supplement as I’ve had a mc and a chemical the month prior to the mc and I’m at that point where I am trying to take anything to help me stay pregnant. I read it can help with progesterone and preventing MC. Not that I know if that’s the reason I was mc considering no one will see me atm. So just want to make sure that I’m not over dosing and still staying within safe levels if I was to continue taking it

Any advice

Hello!

I’m in exactly the same boat as you and also would like advice. I’ve heard when you’re pregnant Midwife’s prescribe 25mg 3x per day to reduce morning sickness - which is way more than you’re taking so it should we should be ok I think??
