Polycystic ovaries - faint line?

I was told my ovaries had a polycystic appearance on a recent ultrasound scan (unrelated). I worried this would make things difficult for conceiving. I also have quite long cycles of around 35 days. We had one super organised month with OPKs and temping and supplements and got a BFN. This month we've tried again but just tried to DTD around ovulation time a couple of times. So second month of trying. I'm 10dpo now. And tested this morning. Can anyone else see this line? I'm so nervous!

I can see it 🤩

Mine looked exactly like that around 10DPO (also with PCOS)!
Congrats! It's definitely there! 💖

Thanks all! I'm worrying it disappears. My husband says this isn't good enough evidence to be excited yet. Lol

@december2020 that's exciting to hear yours was the same! How far on are you now? I'm hoping its darker tomorrow Grin

I have PCOS and only started testing 14DPO and line was only slightly darker than yours. Now 16DPO.

I know it's a really negative way to look at it but the way I'm seeing it, even if it doesn't go any further, it's a massive success I've got this far to actually implant in the first place (after 3+ years trying...actually, think it's around 4).

Apparently FRERs come out much clearer than ICs so maybe worth trying them?

december2020 · 13/05/2020 18:10

Mine looked like this around 12-14 DPO. The cheapie was still faint but the FRER had a clear result. Took the FRER as was so uncertain with the faint faint internet one and whether my eyes were playing tricks on me.

Wishing you all the luck with this little bean!!

I'm 8 weeks now so still very early.

@ApplePie86 congratulations! I know I'm super early testing but just cant help myself Blush I know what you mean about it being a good thing either way. I was devastated about my ovaries and was prepared for this to be a long and difficult journey. Cant believe this has happened so quickly.

@december2020 congratulation Smile I have a FRER but this morning I tested not expecting to see anything so didnt use it. Will definitely be trying the FRER tomorrow morning. I'm hoping it's a really sticky bean! Thank you.
