I have always had extremely irregular periods and since coming off contraception last year that hasn’t changed - my last cycle was 47 days and the one before that 70 something.
I’m currently into day 80 something and put missing a period down to work/Covid stress.
The last 3 days I have been spotting - I never spot, AF usually just appears from nowhere. It started off as pink, then brown, then this morning there was red (not bright red quite watery) so I put a tampon in as it seemed like AF had arrived but it hasn’t.
I’m so confused. Can anyone shed any light? I don’t know whether to count it as a “period” or not.
