Fertility supplements and ovulation stimulation

Hi everyone,

I hope you are all keeping well.

Does anyone know what the fertility vitamin supplement is that has been raved about fairly recently? I remember reading a couple of articles but just can’t find them now and stupidly can’t remember what it was called. I remember reading that some fertility doctors were recommending it and felt it was contributing to success rates.

Plus someone has mentioned Cassava root as a natural supplement to aid ovulation. Anyone had any success with this? Any recommendations?

I’m getting desperate now, can you tell?!

Are you thinking of CoQ10 / ubiquinol?

Hey, I started taking seven seas trying for a baby which seams to of helped, I also take evening primrose, but you can only take that up until ovulation is confirmed! My issue seems to be ovulation it can take up to cd25 to ovulate. So I have just bought some soy isoflavones, which is meant to bring ovulation forward xx

Hello
I've heard of CoQ10, macca root powder (you can get tablets for this) evening primrose oil and I have read few things on Angus castus but mixed reviews on that. There is a book called "it starts with the egg" and that has quite a lot of info and recommendations, I've never read it but my friend has and did most of the things it said and got pregnant. Hope that helps, good luck and baby dust to you Smile

@Jessiebells I heard of Angus castus whilst looking into it but heard it totally gets rid of any sex drive!! Soy isoflavones you only take for five days early on in cycle and it helps to bring on ovulation, I haven't tried this yet though x

I think I’ve found it! Proceive Women Fertility Supplement capsules. I’ve ordered it from Holland and Barrett, it’s not cheap but I’m going to give it a try!
