Ttc after miscarriage - advice needed

After 2 years of ttc I feel pregnant last July, I knew very quickly I was pregnant unfortunately I lost the baby at 10 weeks.

My husband and I decided to try again from February this year as we felt ready and my periods had instantly returned back to normal.

We have been referred to the fertility clinic, via NHS. My husbands tests have come back clear and I had been asked to lose some weight before before referred for a dye test to review my tube flow however due to current situation this is on hold.

Despite attending clinic we have still been ttc ourselves.

I am due my period on 12th May and believe I ovulated end of April. For the last week I have experienced some early pregnancy symptoms: frequent peeing (waking me up very early in morning), nauseous, tired.
I did an early test on the 7th (5 days before period due date) but it was negative. Following that I have had some spotting (only when wiping) which was brown. Yesterday the spotting was red, which made me think my period was early yet it was only when wiping and today the spotting is back to brown.

The last 3 days I have had cramps in my lower stomach and on one side, like pulling which come and go, bad headache and hot flushes. I am not sure whats going on or what to do next?
